Can't join in a Teams meeting

I have this one class where my Teams page does not let me join in. I can join on my phone, but not on my computer (which is a Windows). I tried uninstalling the app and installing again. My computer updated and it still isn't working. I need to get it working before mid-April, which is when I need to present something for this class!
