Call Queue Issues. Urgent advice needed
Hi All.
I have set up an auto attendant in teams.. which works like a charm.. I dial a number and i get a greeting.. great... Here is the issue... I have set up menu options so when callers press 1 2 or 3 they should get through to either sales, support or admin ( call queues set up as per instruction )... but when calling the AA and selecting the options nothing happens.... What am i doing wrong... the groups are all configured how the documentation advises...
Ben_Rooke can you call the call queues directly, do they work? How are your numbers assigned, Microsoft hosted or via Direct Routing ?

Thanks for the quick response. I have managed to resolve the issue. It was nothing to do with the Teams environment but was the DTMF settings on our PBX.
