Bookings is acting up since mid-august - lot of issues

Bookings shows various issues particularly since the beginning of September, but we are able to trace up few issues since mid-august.
Here are few of the major issues we are aware presently:

  • No email sent to the Bookings owner and no update in outlook when the client rescheduled. Only the client will have the email and the update of the appointment. Resulting no show from us for the client.
  • No internal note are shown in Outlook or Bookings calendar. Instead the information of the client and meeting are shown in a weird formatting.
  • Email are not formatted with the correct language, despite the page is correctly configurated.
  • Teams link in Bookings calendar are broke (shown in plain text) and does not show correctly in email (not a button but a long hyperlink) 
  • Event on outlook calendar does not show the client name, we need to open the calendar appointment to see this information.

Few of these issues are really major and impacting the appointment with client.
What is going on? 
Are Microsoft aware of these bug and working on them?

  • Experiencing tons of issues as well. Auto cancellations being the biggest, as well as complete change in body of email. Ticket open with Microsoft, they stated this is affecting many others

      I’m new here, how do we follow up or otherwise get updates on this ticket? I’m in the process of trying to implement Bookings for our office and am having nothing but problems.

    We experience the same issue and opened a ticket with Microsoft just now.

    Tambien con problemas similares, mas aun cuando la reserva esta realizada el campos de detalles del servicion tiene que quedar vacio se completa con los valores de las preguntas y respuestas solicitados al momento de solitar el turno. Esto antes no sucedia, por cual cual, al transformar en HTML queda todo mal para la automatizaciones realizadas inicialmente

    It's november now, and we still can't use bookings functionally... has microsoft acknowledge anyone's bugs?  We can't edit how the created events show up in the staff person's calendar.  It doesn't provide any client details to the staff person either.  We can't have blind meetings being booked in our calendars with our staff person's not being able to see/know who they are meeting with.

    Just to inform everyone, I originally created this post in September. The problem was resolved around September 13th. Unfortunately, some of the issues mentioned in this post resurfaced on November 29th:

    Internal notes are not displaying.
    Teams links in the Bookings calendar are broken (the .ics content of an event is corrupted).
    The most significant problem is that reminder emails are being sent in duplicate, triplicate, and sometimes even six times to clients. Clients are displeased with the spam they receive from MS Bookings regarding their appointments. This is causing significant problems for our enterprise.
    We currently have approximately 80 Bookings pages in use, with around 2000 appointments scheduled each month.

      YES!!! I am experiencing this as well!!!

      Also... am learning about going into settings in setting up Intergration Flows.. for getting information to Display.

        What we're struggling with lately (since late November/early December) is that confirmations and reminders are going out in UTC time again, causing all kinds of confusion for clients thinking we're asking to see them at 1AM...

    Issues mentioned in my post seems to be resolve since this morning, except for the Reminder Emails still sent 6 times in one minute (major duplicates).

        KaylaHarold can you please confirm from where you are booking the appointment? Is it from Bookings self-schedule page or from Bookings admin calendar or from Teams Virtual Appointments app?

         

        Are both staff and customer getting the email/message in UTC or its just the customer?

         

        Can you please share your bookings self-schedule page over DM to me?
