Bookings is acting up since mid-august - lot of issues

Experiencing tons of issues as well. Auto cancellations being the biggest, as well as complete change in body of email. Ticket open with Microsoft, they stated this is affecting many others
- I’m new here, how do we follow up or otherwise get updates on this ticket? I’m in the process of trying to implement Bookings for our office and am having nothing but problems.
- Microsoft has stated to me the code change that caused the issue has been reverted. Should start to see issues resolved on new appointments, existing ones may still have issues.
- Thank you for your response. We've conducted several tests today, and everything appears to be running smoothly and functioning correctly. It appears that the problem has been resolved since today.
we're on microsoft's mercy!- Seriously, it's been ridiculous too. I have the highest severity case open and Microsoft is barely responding to me. Horrible experience.
