Copilot in Outlook

I recommend doing this action with Copilot in Excel. You can prompt it like this:
"Create a table for my emails about 'Stay updated in Power BI'."

After that, Copilot in Excel will summarize your emails into a table. You can also select Insert to new sheet, and that way, you’ll get the data nicely into Excel!

Sounds awesome, right? 😄

However, there’s some sad news regarding your other question. Unfortunately, at least for now, I haven’t found a way to make it work the way you were hoping. :(
Currently, it’s not possible to process, for example, 1000 emails about the same subject with Copilot in Excel or Copilot Chat.

One thing you can try is setting a specific timeframe (for example, emails from a certain week), but that might not fully solve your needs.

Just remember, Copilot is getting better and better, and hopefully in the future this will be possible too! 🙂
