Error office 365 e3 developer license will be deleted on XXXXX. Currently disabled
My Office 365 E3 Developer has been marked for deletion and disabled today. No earlier comms from Micrsoft or any sort of messages.It just locked our my E3 Developer license has there a not supporting it any more. I wanted to try and backup/export my mail box and no luck - the option is greyed out. My SharePoint admin center has been blocked also can't backup any of my files.
I'm just helpless.What a shame Microsoft What other plans can i move to and what should i do now since Teams and mail is not working. Can I at least get a a grace period.
Any resources or advice would be appreciated

Same here! I just found I couldn't login last week and today it shows the subscription is deleted! That's crazy! No time to backup the data????
Anyone can let me know how to backup the files in OneDrive? Much appreciated!Tenant admin should still be able to get in. If so: get a 30-days E3 or E5 trial, assign license to your user, backup.
Use a temporary virtual credit card or cancel your subscription or you will be automatically renewed at end of trial.
There is no option to renew it because the subscription is deleted now.
Yeah so see if you can add an Office 365 E3 just use admin.microsoft.com and go to billing > Your Products then 'Add More Products' Button and filter by your Dev subs (probably Office 365 E3)
Mine isn't even listed - not even as 'deleted' - it's just vaporised my subscription but left them attached to accounts. Mine was a grandfathered bizspark.you're not alone, I've been trying to convert to a Office 365 E3 Trial for a month, but checkout throws errors

Would have thought I'd get at least 5-10 emails or EVEN ONE!Microsoft officially retired the Office 365 E3 Developer MSDN license in early 2026, and all remaining tenants are being disabled and scheduled for deletion by September 2026. You are seeing the “Disabled” and “Will be deleted” warnings because the SKU is no longer supported under either the Visual Studio (MSDN) benefits or the Microsoft 365 Developer Program. A short grace period (~90 days) is provided for data recovery and migration.

Cheersyou can't unless you have a paying MSDN subscription. If you are admin of your tenant you should still be able to login and get a 30-days trial for E3: that will buy you time to build your escape plan.
