Error office 365 e3 developer license will be deleted on XXXXX. Currently disabled

Tenant admin should still be able to get in. If so: get a 30-days E3 or E5 trial, assign license to your user, backup.
Use a temporary virtual credit card or cancel your subscription or you will be automatically renewed at end of trial.
you're not alone, I've been trying to convert to a Office 365 E3 Trial for a month, but checkout throws errors
zero emails from MS about retiring it also. Would have thought I'd get at least 5-10 emails or EVEN ONE!
