Green Blocky Glitch on Shared Screen in New Teams Meeting

I have a user on New Teams that repeatedly has trouble with screens being shared in meetings by other people showing up as a Green Blocky mess on her end.  So far we have cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled New Teams, updated graphics drivers, tested her internet connection (measured at 300Mbps down by 35Mbps Up and she is the only user on it) performed normal system maintenance (SFC, D.I.S.M, CHKDSK), and restarts galore.  No luck.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Can anyone confirm if they have this issue with Intel Driver Version 32.0.101.6314? It seems Intel released it 11/26/2024 but HP released it on Feb 4th 2025.

Also can anyone provide me the rollback driver 32.0.101.5763? It seems HP has removed it from their site.

Can confirm that one does still have the problem. You can get a rollback driver from here https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=intel%20uhd%20graphics
      32.0.101.5763 is stable.

    Hello Microsoft Community,

We recently helped a client who was experiencing screen sharing issues, their laptop has a Ultra 7 165U Intel CPU. After investigating, we found that updating the graphics driver directly from Intel’s website rather than through the laptop manufacturer or Windows update, resolved the problem.

    Driver: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html?wapkw=ultra%207%20165u

Once the driver was installed and the computer was restarted, the issue was no longer present.

    Hope this helps!

    Best regards,

    PC Mechanix Inc.

We have same issue, with new hardware Intel Core Ultra 5. And looks like driver issue. Downloaded old drivers 32.0.101.6078/32.0.101.5736 WHQL Certified and problem is gone. But with newer drivers this problems exists.

Same issue here with a Dell Latitude 7450 and same processor as the other friends above (Intel Core Ultra 7 165U and the graphics from Intel.

I would only add the information that the green artifacts are not only on Teams but sometimes on other video sources such as Youtube. They come with some connection/disconnection of the auxiliary monitor and also slow down the whole laptop's performance.

Subscribing to this thread as I have been mainly monitoring others.  Hoping for a resolution soon.

This is affecting our fleet of Lenovo X1 Gen 11-12. Opened a case with Lenovo. Seems to be a known issue.

According to our Lenovo rep this is their response:

"The internal screen is flickering or has artifacts when HDR is turned on in Windows 11 24H2 when Intel Graphics Driver 32.0.101.5972 is installed. Please see below.

Product Engineering has greenlit the use of Intel driver 32.0.101.6734 (WHQL certified)"

Installed it and awaiting confirmation from the users.

Did you ever get confirmation that this solved the issue?

We were able to work around the issue by disabling hardware acceleration in chrome, it seems to be a known bug with specific Intel cpus. We were directed to do so by Lenovo.

    Hi,

Anyway found a fix for this? We are having the same issue with new HP elitebook and HP Zbook with ultra 7 processor and intel 32.0.101.6913 drivers.

    Thanks!
