Disable Sharing Outside of Private Group
We have created a new private group at our Company for women only. We had a user accidentally share a comment to her storyline. We do not want users in the group to be able to share content outside of the group. Is there a way to disable the share option in our group?

Disabling Viva Engage Email Notifications to specific accounts
We have just begun using Viva Engage in our organization, and we want to disable the email notifications to specific mailboxes (efax mailboxes, shared mailboxes, etc.). Is there a way to accomplish this? Can I use a 365 Group to do so? Any help is greatly appreciated!!! Adam

Can we create Channels like Teams in Viva Engage Communities?
Hi, I was wondering whether is it possible to create Channels like in Microsoft Teams inside a Viva Engage Community? Or is it achieved by something else? It will help in a broader community to have channels, which are focusing on a small part of the whole community goal. If this can be done in any other way in Viva Engage, that's also okay. Thanks in advance. 🙂

LinkedIn post integration with Viva Engage
Hi , does anyone know if we can integrate LinkedIn posts to Viva Engage? We are currently creating a Viva announcement and copying the LI link to make our team aware of the LI post and then (hopefully) share/comment on it. But it would be great if all company LI posts generated a Viva notification to the company community. Many thanks.

Viva engage questions appear empty on the sharepoint page
Hi All, I hope someone can help me fix this issue on the Viv Engage web part on the SharePoint page. Discussions and posts appear fine, but questions are empty on the SharePoint page. However, when I change the layout to "feed", it works and shows the questions, whereas it does not work with the Highlights layout. I appreciate your help in solving this issue.

Unable to join some Communities and unable to add members to some Communities
A company I work with has the following problem. Their users are unable to join some Viva Engage Communities and they cannot add new members to these Communities. What is common for all these Communities is that they are not connected to a Microsoft 365 Group. All other Communities (that are connected to M 365 Groups) works fine. The problem started for about a month ago. Anyone here that have an answer to this problem? Regards, Magnus

The cover photo failed to upload ...
Hi everyone We have planned to enable Viva Engage for users. There is a problem with uploading a cover photo for the "All Company" Community. No community administrator or yammer administrator is able to upload a phote, all of them get the same error message: "The cover photo failed to upload, because some media didn't upload. Please try again." Media dimension and size: 2896 x 1830 and 32KB All other communities working fine. does someone known a solution for this?

It seems we are no longer able to schedule live events
We have used live events before, in our communities we see the "create live event" button. When we click the button we get the following message, "A Teams and/or Stream license and permissions are required to produce a live event. Please contact your IT admin." Looking at documentation it seems you only need a E1 or better license which we have (some people have business premium). I also receive this there error as global admin. Has something changed that isn't reflected in the documentation.

Viva Engage Conversations Webpart - Missing Images
Hello, I have set up a Viva Engage community that I would like to integrate into a SharePoint page via Viva Engage Highlights Webpart. However, when I add the webpart to this page, using horizontal view (the preferred view) the images do not show up and the links do not carry over in the same visual way as in Viva Engage directly. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can fix the problem?
