The cover photo failed to upload ...
Hi everyone
We have planned to enable Viva Engage for users. There is a problem with uploading a cover photo for the "All Company" Community.
No community administrator or yammer administrator is able to upload a phote, all of them get the same error message:
"The cover photo failed to upload, because some media didn't upload. Please try again."
Media dimension and size: 2896 x 1830 and 32KB
All other communities working fine.
does someone known a solution for this?

si-muuh We had this same issue. I logged a case with MS yesterday. Received a call today.
They needed consent from the Global Administrator to add a new feature to the All-Company community page as this is not done by default. I think the reason is so that users don't just upload random photos on the All-Company page.
so, suggest logging a case via the 0365-admin portal.
Encountering exactly the same issue.
This issue is months old. Any solution in sight?
- Adding to this - hope for a resolution (I have at least two customers reporting the same issue). Any updates or news?
- We are also having issues changing the "profile" picture of the all community. Does anyone know of an ETA on when these bugs will be resolved?

Hi all, can it be activated at the admin level for the user storyline cover photo and customized at the user level? Thank you for the feedback.
- No, upload not possible for yammer admin, or community admin.

same thing here, cannot change or upload cover photo to All Company.

- you're able to load that cover photo image onto another community, yes? I'm wondering if perhaps that specific image is a problem.

Please try again."Media dimension and size: 2896 x 1830 and 32KB....................- yes, i tried this before. all other communities are working. no matter if i upload a png or jpg, both are working. only the "All Comunity" wont let me change the cover picture.
- What does Web browser console give for error? Can you screenshot that?
- Almost, press the console tab there instead of network. After that try uploading the image while having it up and see what error you get. Screenshot
