si-muuh We had this same issue. I logged a case with MS yesterday. Received a call today.
They needed consent from the Global Administrator to add a new feature to the All-Company community page as this is not done by default. I think the reason is so that users don't just upload random photos on the All-Company page.
so, suggest logging a case via the 0365-admin portal.

Encountering exactly the same issue.
This issue is months old. Any solution in sight?
- MeretheStaveMay 06, 2024Brass ContributorAdding to this - hope for a resolution (I have at least two customers reporting the same issue). Any updates or news?
- BrianLyttleMay 06, 2024MicrosoftPlease open a Microsoft 365 support case by following the instructions on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide. Make it clear that there is an issue with performing actions on the Viva Engage all company community. You may need to work with your IT team if you don't have privileges in the tenant to open cases.
A common issue which the support team may need to resolve for you is around the version of All Company in use. Some networks have not been fully upgraded to the modern variant and this can result in issues. The support team will help perform this upgrade on the backend (no action for admins except opening the support case), and anything else that may be needed to resolve the issue.
