Understanding Copilot Capabilities in Word for the Microsoft AB-730 Exam
While preparing for the Microsoft AB-730 exam, I came across an interesting question related to the Microsoft 365 Copilot in Word that made me pause and think deeper. The question i faced You are using Microsoft 365 Copilot to enhance your productivity in Microsoft Word. Which two tasks can you achieve by using Copilot in Word? Options: A- Insert a table of contents based on the headings in your document. B- Insert a custom watermark that has specific text and formatting. C- Generate a summary of the key points in your document. D- Customize the page margins to match your company's document standards. I was confident that the correct answer was A&C, but I did not just want to memorize it. I wanted to clearly understand why those options were correct and why the others were not. How i clarified My Understanding. During my research, i reached a platform called P2PExams. I found the same questions in their practice test material, along with a clear and logical explanation. What I really appreciated was that the explanation focused on conceptual clarity instead of just answering. Here's the explanation i found: Copilot in Word assists with content generation, summarization, rewriting, and structural organization. It can analyze document headings and insert a table of contents based on structured heading styles, supporting document navigation. It can also generate summaries of key points, which aligns directly with generative AI text analysis capabilities. Custom watermark formatting and precise page margin configuration are traditional Word formatting functions and are not core generative AI capabilities of Copilot. EXCEL - How to have data from spreadsheet automatically update on separate spreadsheet
I have a master spreadsheet for information. There are not formulas, just data. I would like to have secondary spreadsheets that break down this data into separate categories but when the data on the master is changed it is also changed on the secondary sheet as well.🤜🤛 Meet and Greet

25% Voucher after Beta participation
Hello Community, There was a 25% voucher for sitting beta Microsoft exam sent before the beta results. I tried in December AB-100, AB-900 and AB-731 and all the results are published, but I haven't seen voucher in my email. Do you know if they have been discontinued?Outlook.com not receiving emails from trusted senders

Copilot Pro - Links Not Working
It's done a great job of summarising a 100 page pdf. Then it's created a powerpoint but when it shows the downloadable link I can't click on it (no way to download it) It's in bold - no right click or any other clicking option - have literally tried everything. Changed browsers, no fix. Cleared cache & cookies, no fix. Many thanks!
Microsoft unscheduled breaks vs Pearson proctor enforcement — candidates getting revoked
I’m starting this thread because the Microsoft “unscheduled breaks” feature is documented and available in the exam UI, but enforcement and support handling appear inconsistent in real OnVUE sessions. Example case: Exam: SC-401 via Pearson VUE OnVUE Date/time: 25 Jan 2026 1:00 PM (Australia/Melbourne) I initiated an unscheduled break through the exam UI: Take a break, then Start Break The break screen displayed, the timer continued running, I returned after about 3 minutes and resumed The session was revoked with messaging implying a policy/security violation Pearson case: 33927366 Why this matters: The published policy and the exam UI support unscheduled breaks, but some candidates still get revoked and then receive boilerplate responses referencing “scheduled breaks,” which doesn’t match the Microsoft unscheduled break feature. What I’m asking Microsoft / the community: Clarify the authoritative rule: if an unscheduled break is started in the UI, is it considered an approved break state for stepping away from webcam view? Enforcement: can revocation decisions be based on OnVUE telemetry (timestamps for Start Break, break state entry, resume) rather than proctor interpretation? Escalation path: what is the official fastest route for remediation when a revocation occurs even though the break was started in the UI? Operational guidance: best practices to reduce risk (for example, what exact “break state” confirmation should candidates wait for before stepping away)? Lost my courses and level progress on my learn profile
Does anyone know how I can contact Microsoft about my learn account? I tried to log on using my work laptop and my profile has been reset back to 0. I've lost all of my achievements and learning path progress. I've had a look around for support but can't find anything that will help.
How do I add two personal account to microsoft learn portal ?
Hi Community, How do I add two personal account to microsoft learn portal which would allow me to see all my certification in one place. I have done my Microsoft certification using two different personal accounts. When I try to do it, I get an error "You can only have one personal account linked". Can someone advise or point me to the right direction how to approach Microsoft to help me resolve this issue. Regards
Moving teams chat history to a new tenant
Hi, My organisation has recently moved our domain to a new 365 tenant and are telling me that my teams chat and channel history cannot be moved in the same way the email exchange has been. Is this correct? Surely there is a way to migrate the teams data across aswell? [you can tell from my desciption that im not an IT expert. I do have a really important project group chat history with a customer team that i really cant afford to lose]
