Where can I raise a formal complaint regarding the MS Exam / Pearson Vue accomodations process?
I requested Exam Accomodations 24/10/2024. My exam accomodations were approved with the decision letter sent to me 29/10/2024. I took two exams without my accomodations in place due to timing contstraints and my training schedule. For the past two weeks I have been STRUGGLING to get exams booked via Pearson Vue because their call centre team were unable to identify that I have approved Accomodations in place, talking in circles answering the same questions, lising all of the information over and over, just to be told someone will call me back, afterwhich I hear nothing, or miss their call. After the missed call they followed up with an email asking for a better date and time for them to call me - I respond with a time the following day - which of course they do not act upon, because they take 2-3 working days to get to any new email, so by the time they do call again, I am once again unable to answer. I am currently sat on hold with them, for the umpteenth time, the call going on for over 50 minutes at this point, going through the same process. It is wholly IRONIC that MS Exam Accomodations exist to make the exams and certification programmes more accessible to those with difficulties and/or disabilities when the process to booking an exam WITH those accomodations has been infinitely more difficult and infuriating. Do better.
MFB/Authenticator App Issues
Attempt #2 at posting this. Locked out of business account due to authenticator app not receiving verification requestion. Contacted support through personal account with no success was directed here. What I try to achieve: If $user signs in to office.com from their private/shared computer/tablet they should be logged out as soon as they close their browser to ensure nobody else can just re-open the browser and get into the session. To achieve that, we deployed the following CAP: This seems to do what we wanted. But sadly, it also does more, which we do not want: It signs off users in their active browser. So if someone uses e.g. outlook.office.com they will be signed out after a very random amount of time. MFA/Authenticator App Issues
I need to have my authenticator/mfa reset for my business account. After Windows force updated GPU drivers on 12/7/2024 i was left with corrupted registry files and a completely unstable system requiring a clean install of Windows 11 Pro. Somehow in this process my business account lost its connection to the Microsoft authenticator app so i am unable to get passed the check authenticator app for code screen. I attempted to contact support through my personal email as without being able to successfully login the contact support function would not work, support directed to this discussion board as they were unable to provide assistance.MFA/Authenticator App Issues

Deleted I have been trying to update this update for the last 3 days, but it is not updating. I am getting the same error again and again. How can I fix it? It is not downloading more than 1% every time, due to which I am not able to get any more updates. This update came on my system on the day when the 'Blue Screen of Death' problem occurred on the Microsoft server, but since that day, it has not been updating on my system.
Win 11 24H2
I have a Dell Desktop Inspiron 3880, with Win 11 23H2 running just fine. Two days ago got a prompt to download Win 11 24H2, which I did. The update began but stalled and the computer “hung” for 2 hours before I manually restarted it. Since then when the computer boots up I get a window which asks for "Choose an OS". The choices are: (1) “Windows 11 on volume 6” or (2) “Windows 11 on volume 6” (yes - identical choices), with an option to “change defaults or choose other options”. If I select #2, the system seems to boot up but comes back to the 2 choices. If I select #1 the system boots up normally. System info shows that the system is still on Win 11 23H2. I’ve tried all the “fix it” ideas shown in the “other options” mentioned above to no avail. This morning the system automatically downloaded and installed Win 11 24H2. Systems runs OK but I still get the “Choose OS” prompt at boot up. Any suggestions shy of doing a clean install?
Challenges not displaying information accurately
For the second time I have completed a challenge that does not display as completed on the main board. Hence I become not eligible. Here it is ignore other fixes tried them all they don’t work. I lost the Store App in the upgrade from 10 to 11. Even resetting PC never brought it back. So if that sounds similar to how you lost it do this 20 second fix. 1. Open Xbox App 2. Open settings. 3. Click on General settings tab (left second tab on list) 4. In upper right of screen (window) there will be a list of system bundles that are missing (I had three) click install on all of them. When installed it’s done close app. 5. Open Windows settings and go to Apps tab, then Apps and features (very top) scroll down list your welcome Store is back. Go set a restore point cause who knows what a windows update will do next.The true fix for missing Windows 11 Store App.

Hi, I am new to VBA. one thing I noticed on my PC lately is this: when I highlight objects/Property/Method in VBA and click F1, it fails to lead to the specific topic in MS support. it always leads to the Top Help Topic page. Please help with a solution. thanks
Missing "Module Assessment Passed"
I've done the self-learning content for AZ-900, AI-900, DP-900, and SC-900. In every case, once you've done all the units of a module, and correctly answered everything on the knowledge check, you'll check a "Module Assessment Passed" note on the unit page. Except for one module :-D It's the "Explore fundamentals of large-scale analytics" module athttps://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/examine-components-of-modern-data-warehouse/ For some reason despite doing everything correctly, it just refuses to show that line, which is annoying. I reported it on the page as one-way feedback but I'm hoping someone who can fix this sees it here. It must be a bug specific to this page because I've done... literally the above hundred others fine.
Really dislike the new surface arc mouse
I have huge hands. The old arc mouse with 2 buttons and a middle slider was amazing. But now that it's one button it cannot figure out what to do with my giant fingers. It likes to treat my index finger as 2 fingers. I have had to use my phone stylus with it to verify that it was the mouse and not me. I have already replaced it twice. Once as an exchange with another one that had the same problem, and the second time with a Surface Mobile Mouse. Though I don't like the bulkiness of the Mobile mouse in my tablet bag.

Hello All, since Saturday I have been receiving the following error while attempting DP-602: Implement a data warehouse in Microsoft Fabric and DP-603: Implement Real-time Intelligence in Microsoft Fabric. Today also when I tried to attempt, I received an error. Can someone help me resolve this issue? I had good internet connectivity in spite of that, I couldn't attempt the Applied Skills. I even refreshed the browser, restarted/rebooted the VM but nothing worked. Please find the screenshot of the errors: This was today This is the error on Saturday.
