Lost my courses and level progress on my learn profile
Does anyone know how I can contact Microsoft about my learn account? I tried to log on using my work laptop and my profile has been reset back to 0. I've lost all of my achievements and learning path progress. I've had a look around for support but can't find anything that will help.
How do I add two personal account to microsoft learn portal ?
Hi Community, How do I add two personal account to microsoft learn portal which would allow me to see all my certification in one place. I have done my Microsoft certification using two different personal accounts. When I try to do it, I get an error "You can only have one personal account linked". Can someone advise or point me to the right direction how to approach Microsoft to help me resolve this issue. Regards
Moving teams chat history to a new tenant
Hi, My organisation has recently moved our domain to a new 365 tenant and are telling me that my teams chat and channel history cannot be moved in the same way the email exchange has been. Is this correct? Surely there is a way to migrate the teams data across aswell? [you can tell from my desciption that im not an IT expert. I do have a really important project group chat history with a customer team that i really cant afford to lose]
Microsoft 365 office app activation on Citrix published apps
Hi, We have multiple users are experiencing persistent issues with Microsoft 365 license activation while using Citrix with FSLogix for user profiles and Microsoft Office applications published as apps. Users are frequently prompted to sign in to Office for activation, and often encounter the message “Your product is not activated.” Additionally, there are instances of errors occurring during the activation process. Although users can work without issues after signing in, the activation prompt reappears intermittently, ranging from one to several weeks before reappearing. We use M365 E3 license for users FSLogix version - 2.9.8884 Office apps we have latest version on VDA servers. Hello. I would like to report one problem: it often happens that an assessment lab for a Microsoft Applied Skill is planned for retirement on a specific day and the same lab is "undergoing maintenance" for a long time period, but that lab ends up not being available anymore before its final retirement. In addition to this, no information are shared and there is no way to monitor the availability of an assessment lab: the status post for Applied Skills Assessment Status that was available in the past is not working anymore and that post was not regularly updated as well. This is something that has already happened in the past. Is it possible to improve the way the information related to the availability of Applied Skills are shared? Also it would be appreciated if the unavailability of an assessment lab could be taken into the account before retiring one lab: postponing the retirement to compensate for the lab's unavailability due to the "undergoing maintenance" would be good and really appreciated. EXCEL - How to have data from spreadsheet automatically update on separate spreadsheet
I have a master spreadsheet for information. There are not formulas, just data. How to Send POS Sales Data from Power Apps to Corporate API via Power Automate Using Static IP
I am currently using a POS system built with Power Apps, where sales transaction data is saved into SharePoint using Power Automate Cloud. From the Power App, users explicitly click a button to trigger a Power Automate flow, which then sends the sales data to an external corporate company’s database through an HTTP API. The corporate system enforces strict security policies and only accepts incoming requests from a whitelisted static public IP address. Since Power Automate Cloud runs in a Microsoft-managed multi-tenant environment, its outbound traffic originates from dynamic and shared IP addresses, which cannot be directly whitelisted. Due to security and compliance requirements, the solution must remain 100% cloud-based, and the use of Power Automate Desktop, on-premises data gateway, or any locally executed components is not permitted. I understand that Power Automate Cloud alone cannot provide a static outbound IP, and that the recommended pattern is to route outbound API calls through an Azure-hosted intermediary (such as Logic Apps single-tenant or a similar service) configured with a static public IP, which Power Automate Cloud can call via HTTP. I would appreciate confirmation that this is the correct and supported architecture, and any guidance on the simplest cloud-only approach for this scenario. Thank you in advance for your support.
