Where can I find more details about the VS Dev Essentials offer called 30 Days to Learn It? Like how to activate or participate, what learning paths should be taken to receive 50% discount on MS certification exam?

The offers for Discounts on Certification exams keep changing.
At this time, I'd recommend visitinghttps://www.microsoft.com/en-us/events/category/microsoft-virtual-training-days?filters=primary-language%3Aenglish&scenario=mvtd
These are free Microsoft Virtual training Days and they tend to give you vouchers that will give discounts towards certain certifications. Note : Not all training provide vouchers.
