Unable to complete Partner Center verification – no workspace created (Ref: 715‑123160)
Hi, I am trying to register as a Microsoft Partner, but my verification was blocked with the following message: Reference number: 715‑123160 Transaction ID: 2a392997-f7e1-4325-842c-04eb313593e5 The issue is that because the enrollment was blocked at the trust‑verification stage, no Partner Center workspace was created, so I cannot open a support ticket. The “Contact Support” link takes me to a page with no option to submit a request. I am the Global Admin of the tenant. Could you please escalate this to the Partner Trust & Safety team so they can review my verification and advise on next steps? Thank you.Azure sponsorship and cost management challenge
I am listening for years that Azure Sponsorship type of Azure subscriptions will get Azure Cost Management. This includes the view of prices inside portal.azure.com, managing budgets, checking each individual resources etc. Current / old portal - https://www.microsoftazuresponsorships.com/Usage , does not show costs per each resource (name), instead only per resources type. Not possible to set budgets, alerts, limits, and other things. So, again, when does Microsoft plans to upgrade Azure sponsorships to use Cost Management? Query about Marketplace listings - I want to upload a new offer as SaaS. I want to make sure it's transactable and also have the azure benefit tag added to it. The enrollment form at aka.ms/TSP_Achievement_Code_Enrollment returns 'restricted access' for me. I have tried signing in with all three of the following: 1. email address removed for privacy reasons (work / Entra tenant, Partner Center account) 2. email address removed for privacy reasons (consumer MSA with Learn profile) 3. email address removed for privacy reasons (new outlook.com alias, per the Account Enrollment Guide) Same restriction on all three, so this looks like a tenant or program-level block rather than an account issue. I also have an open support case (#715-123160) regarding an earlier fraud-detection block on our tenant, which may be related. Microsoft Support has twice advised me to post here. Could someone please: Escalate for a manual unblock if there is a tenant-level restriction. This is the only thing blocking us from issuing Achievement Codes for our May 2026 intake. Hi there. I cannot add my TAX ID in the account settings workspace. Or any other place seemingly possible according to the Partner Center AI Assistant help feature, Google articles, and so on. I have followed various instructions for updating my TAX ID but none resemble precisely what I am seeing. I have been trying to resolve this myself for weeks now. I have two support tickets in with MS, have followed them each up in the tickets, all to no avail. I am part of the MAICPP, a CSP etc., and have been for a while. As you can see, my bill information is not linked which may be why I cannot edit/add the TAX ID according to the myriad instructions I've found. While entering my company information, I encountered the Error Code: 715-123160 stating that the request was blocked. Because the enrollment was halted at this stage, a Partner Center Workspace has not been created for my account. This prevents me from logging in to the portal to raise a standard support ticket. I’m hoping someone from Microsoft or the community can help because my Partner Center account seems to be in a broken state. I have an active Partner Center account tied to my Entra tenant and business, but several areas appear corrupted or inaccessible. The main issues are: Verification Summary page does not work. I receive Program Not Found errors. Additional details: Tenant: onsitedentalsystems.com Publisher name: Onsite Dental Systems I can sign into Partner Center successfully and access some account pages, but verification and program enrollment pages fail or appear disconnected from the tenant. I already opened a support ticket, but responses have been very slow. I am trying to determine whether this is a backend Partner Center linkage issue, a corrupted program enrollment, a broken verification association, or something wrong with the Entra tenant relationship. At this point I am even considering creating a completely new Entra tenant and Partner account because the current one appears stuck. Has anyone experienced Program Not Found errors, broken Verification Summary pages, missing program associations, or issues after MPN / AI Cloud Partner Program migration? I am trying to enroll in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. After submitting my company details (DUNS, US EID, contact info, etc), my request is blocked. It says to reach out to Microsoft support with reference number: 715-123160 and transaction ID: 123b68f8-334e-47c3-aa5f-7f280dbc5872. I tried to open a ticket in the Partner Center, but the "workspace" drop-down is empty. Because enrollment is blocked, no Partner Center workspace is created. Hello. I’m an individual developer for Microsoft apps since the old days of Windows Mobile 6.5 , Windows Phone, Windows 8,8.1 , 10 and now 11. I’m a registered individual developer since 2008 (yeah, that’s correct, 16 years). I have published over 50+ different applications for different platforms. Windows desktop, MS Edge extension developer, Azure dev etc… Since last month, I received some app removal of some old apps I had in MS Store (all of them 100%). After a communication with the report app team they explained what I must don’t do and I started updating the problematic apps according their instructions. But, suddenly, yesterday a got an email that my account is removed and to read the ADA (application developer agreement). I already contact by email the reportapp Team to try to fix this and to restore my account. Can someone from MS explain to me this “behavior “ . Is this something personal against me? I don’t make any problems, I just dev apps , focus only on MS products, and provide them almost always for free, without any subscriptions or costs. I have build a personal ecosystem around my partnership with MS . Developing but using also Azure monthly subscriptions (heavily costed). Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone in the community or perhaps someone from Microsoft can help me understand what happened and what I can do next. I've been a Microsoft partner since 2019, and last January I renewed my Partner Success Core Benefits program. A few months later, I discovered my CSP account had been suspended with no prior notification whatsoever. I opened a support ticket, and the response I received cited section 4.b of the Microsoft AI Cloud Program Agreement, essentially stating that Microsoft can terminate a partner relationship with 30 days' notice and is not required to provide a reason. I understand this is contractually possible but I received no notice, and no explanation. After re-opening the case multiple times, I was told to enroll into a new tenant with a new enrollment. I attempted this, but it did not work. When I followed up, I received copy-paste responses directing me back to the same steps. To summarize where I am right now: Partner since 2019, with renewed subscriptions as recently as January Account suspended and no advance notice received No explanation provided, citing section 4.b of the agreement New tenant enrollment suggested but unsuccessful Support has been non-responsive beyond templated replies I'm not here to argue, I accept that Microsoft has the right to make decisions about its partner ecosystem. What I'm asking for is basic transparency: did I do something wrong? If there was a compliance issue, a policy violation, or any other reason for the suspension, I would genuinely like to know so I can understand and, if possible, address it. I also have some practical questions the community may be able to help with: Is there a formal appeal or review process for suspended partner accounts? Is new enrollment genuinely possible after a termination under 4.b, and if so, what are the correct steps? Has anyone else experienced this and found a way to resolve it constructively? Is there an escalation path beyond the standard support ticket process? I know I'm a small partner and this is likely a minor matter from Microsoft's perspective. But for a small business that has invested years in this program and renewed in good faith just months ago, this situation has had a real impact. A clear explanation, even a difficult one would go a long way. Any guidance, shared experiences, or pointers to the right escalation channel would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
