Not all redeemed classes were included under the “Courseware Completions” criteria in MPN center
Hello Team, When comparing the data extracted from the MPN portal under the “Courseware Completions” criteria with the data available in the Microsoft Organizational Skilling Portal - Home, we noticed that several redeemed classes are not included. As a result, our Courseware Completions score appears to be incomplete, which may affect our renewal status. Examples of missing class IDs include: M3MGZ9 (SC-300), 54N235 (AZ-104), and others. In total, more than 15 classes are not reflected in our Courseware Completions score. I can share the two source files used for the comparison if they would help with the investigation. Could you please review this issue and advise on the next steps? Many thanks,Account Suspended Despite Compliance – Seeking Clarification and Reinstatement
Hello Microsoft Community, My company’s Partner Center account currently shows a Suspended status for both the Indirect Reseller and Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider programs, even though we believe we’ve met all requirements. What we’ve done: Completed all security requirements (MFA enabled, security contact designated) Verified business and legal information is up to date Ensured there are no outstanding payments or compliance issues We received a notice about CSP indirect reseller eligibility (USD 1,000 revenue requirement), but our partner confirms our license spend exceeds this threshold. Our questions: Why is the account still suspended if we’ve addressed the stated requirements? Is there a hidden or unaddressed compliance issue? What specific steps must we follow to have the suspension lifted? Can Microsoft reinstate the account once we provide evidence of compliance? We’re unable to perform critical operations like assigning licenses or accessing partner benefits while suspended. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Any guidance from Microsoft moderators or the community would be greatly appreciated.Employment Verification passed on one account but rejected on another
We have two Partner Center accounts for the same legal entity. On the first account, Employment Verification passed. On the second account, created for the same company with the same contact person, Employment Verification has now been rejected. Nothing differs between the two in terms of the person or the company. Same individual, same company domain email address, same legal entity, same registry documents. The bigger problem is that I cannot respond to the rejection. The step shows as Pending Partner Action, but the Resolve panel presents no document type selector, no upload field and no other control. It only repeats the confirmation message from an earlier business document submission. So the portal is waiting on an action it gives me no way to perform. The estimated completion date has slipped three times. Has anyone seen Employment Verification decided differently for the same person across two accounts? And is there a known reason the Resolve panel would come up empty when a step is marked Pending Partner Action?Marketplace trainings and events calendar (updated 08/14/26)

Hi, I am in a Microsoft -managed jurisdiction and have a transactable offer in AppSource. I have only recently onboarded some customers and I don’t fully understand how GST is being managed. We are in Scenario 5 as described in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/marketplace-offers/tax-details-marketplace which means Microsoft collects from the customer at the list price + GST. Ignoring store fees for this purpose, Microsoft pays the (10%) GST to the tax authority then pays out the balance. Unfortunately, the way GST works here, we have to show the amount we receive from Microsoft as gross revenue and then deduct a further 10% to pay to the tax authorities. In other words, we get no credit for the tax Microsoft has paid. As I understand it, the publisher should invoice Microsoft for the sale price + GST then Microsoft invoices the customer at the price plus GST and claims an input tax credit for the GST it pays to the publisher. There may be some specific tax ruling that overrides this. Would be very grateful if any ISV in a similar jurisdiction has encountered this issue.Delay in Marketplace Revenue Being Reported in Revenue Report
We're having an issue where we're missing a large chunk of our July 2026 revenue being reported in our https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/insights/commercial-marketplace/analytics/revenue. We usually see a small delay of up to a few days for the previous month's revenue to show up, but it's been over 2 weeks now and we're still missing a large portion of our expected Revenue. We've confirmed in our service that we sent the correct meters and we haven't churned a large chunk of our customer base. Is there a place we can go or API we can call to pull more up to date information? Or is there a known delay in August that is causing a longer-than-usual delay?Employment verification rejected and unable to create support ticket due to Workspace error
Hello Microsoft Team, My account's employment verification was rejected (Verification Status: Rejected). When I try to submit a support ticket in Partner Center to resolve this, the Workspace dropdown shows "No results found", which completely locks me out from creating a support request. I am stuck in a loop. Could a moderator please help escalate this case to the Vetting and Verification team, or advise how I can submit my documents? Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team, I am writing to request assistance with the verification of my Microsoft certificates earned through Microsoft Learn and administered by Pearson VUE. My local government in Vietnam does not accept the online version of these certificates and requires hard-copy documentation issued by an authorized organization in Vietnam. Unfortunately, Pearson VUE has informed me they cannot provide this support. I would like to know: How I can obtain government-recognized hard-copy certificates for my existing Microsoft credentials. Whether Microsoft Vietnam or an authorized partner can issue such documentation without requiring me to re-enroll as a student. I appreciate your guidance on the next steps to ensure my certificates are properly recognized. Thank you for your support. Note: I have my personal account, not business so the link https://aka.ms/Credentials-Support not workingCOCP
I got questions with regards to the Change Of Channel Partner (COCP) rule which has been introduced with the start of the new FY of MSFT. When is COCP being enforced? Is that already with the start of FY27? For transfers executed prior to start COCP will the partners still earn incentives after start date COCP? Eg. start date being July 1st, but the transfer was executed in April. Will the new partner keep earning their incentives after July? n When executing a CSP transfer, both the license costs and incentives are fully prorated. Eg. existing partner received a annual payment in September 2026 (getting full year costs and full year incentives) and executes a CSP transfer in December, they get credit of 8 months costs but also need to return the incentives for 8 months. Everything is prorated. Now with COCP the new partner would not earn the Core/Strategic incentives anymore, thus the new partner only get the 8 months costs, but not the 8 months of incentives. Is this correct? A Reseller switching between Disti's is considered COCP and thus won't be earning any Core/Strategic incentives anymore. Does this apply to both the existing Reseller and new Disti? During the community call yesterday it was mentioned that the only focus is on growth with regards to incentives. Resellers might be switching from a transactional Disti (one that doesn't support growth) to a added-value Disti (one that does support additional growth). But due to COCP guidelines, this is now strongly discouraged and punished by MSFT. Why are Resellers being punished for such a Disti switching, by loosing their Core/Strategic incentives? Same goes for customer tenants switch from partner to partner. The new partner would not earn any Core/Strategic incentives anymore, even though they might be the better partner for that customer to increase up- and cross-sell (realize growth). Now the new partner is being punished for being the better partner and taking over the customer tenant. Why? Hope to get some insights on how COCP will actually work, and the thoughts behind it from MSFT on why they introduced it. Cheers, MartijnSolvedGuidance on licensing requirements for using managed environments
Is it sufficient to have a per-app premium licence assigned when using a managed environment or is a per-user premium licence required? I have read this guidance from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/managed-environment-licensing "Every user running an app in a managed environment must have one of the following licenses: a Power Apps Premium, a Power Automate Premium license, or a Dynamics 365 Enterprise license that gives premium Power Apps usage rights *. If you use capacity-based licenses, a managed environment must have Power Apps per app plans such as app passes allocated to it. Use of Power Apps capabilities included with Dynamics 365 Pro licenses must be only within the context of the licensed Dynamics 365 application." Does the line that I have highlighted in red mean that you can in fact use per-app licences? or is this referring to something else? Thanks RosieSC-500 - Where are the ALH Labs?
I just downloaded and reviewed SC-500 and Instructor Notes. It seems the ALH Providers are not offering LABs for this course. Some Labs show "BYOS". That is not deliverable. No one has free SCU or Copilot for Security Licenses on stock for training. Only slides, no exercises or only click thru simulations again. Please come on, not another one of that. Can anyone give a tip, where and how fully functional tenants for ALL (including the "expensive" copilot stuff) labs are available? Thanks for any help MarioLabs Issues - Rolling Updates

No verification email was received, and the UI lacks a "Resend verification email" button. Please help resolve this issue ASAP. We are testing the creation of a SaaS offer following the Microsoft documentation. During the Pricing and Availability configuration, we configure the plan as Private and add a tenant ID for the restricted audience. We have already tested with two different tenant IDs, but the offer cannot be published and Partner Center displays the following message: "This account is not eligible for publication due to invalid payment, pending payment, or invalid tax information." Questions: Could this error be related to the publisher account's Payout/Tax profile rather than the tenant ID used for the private audience? Is there any way to identify which payment/tax validation is failing in Partner Center? Screenshot attached. Additional context: the tenant ID used for the private audience was validated with multiple tenants, so we are trying to determine whether this is actually a publisher account configuration issue rather than a tenant eligibility issue.Stop searching for training.
