Hi, I understand from an article that campaign articles Buy X Get Y (campaign items) in Shopify must currently be fulfilled manually. But I’m wondering if anyone has found a workaround for this limitation. Specifically: - Is it possible to adjust the Shopify Connector so that the fulfillment process can be automated? - Alternatively, can we fulfill the order in Business Central and then have that fulfillment successfully sync back to Shopify? Here’s what I’ve found so far: - There is a synchronization function in Business Central: Sync Shipments to Shopify. - The Sales Shipment Line (Table 111) in BC has a row number that matches with the Shopify Order Line (Table 30119). - However, the Shopify Fulfillment Order Line (Table 30144) does not have a row number that links back to the Shopify Order Line (30119). This creates a problem: If the order contains both “normal” items and campaign items, then the normal items are fulfilled as expected. But the campaign items are ignored during the fulfillment process, because of the Shopify Product IDs and Variant IDs are identical. Has anyone found a way to handle this? Maybe through a modification of the connector? Or another method to make sure campaign items also get fulfilled automatically when syncing shipments from BC to Shopify? Any tips, experiences, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!Error when using Viva Learning to disclose content to employees
We are an organization with approximately 400 employees that have an E5 license. (meaning people should be able to acces internal learning paths/content through Viva Learning. As such we want to disclose an internal security awareness training listed on SharePoint through Viva learning. For some reason our admins can open the security awareness training but our employees get an error stating the employee can not watch the content through viva and that they need to contact the admin: All content is publicly accessible for all employees through our own SharePoint environment. Co-Pilot does not provide an answer? The error message does not disclose what the admin should change. How can we fix this?66Views0likes1Comment401 Unauthorized error in MS Teams
When a news post is published in our intranet in Sharepoint, a MS Teams notification is sent from the system to all colleagues who are used to collaborating (they are in his “circles” according to VIVA Insights) with the author of the post. Although the publication is successful and the link to the news post is active, sometimes those who click on the notification from MS Teams receive a “401 Unauthorized” error message that makes the post unviewable from MS Teams. In the past we fixed this issue on the specific client by clearing the Teams cache, but we have more than 6000 clients... This creates a flaw in the user experience that we need to fix. Hi everyone, we have the Viva Learning module active in the on-prem teams app. Our Viva Learning is connected to Linkedin Learning. We use an on-prem Outlook exchange. When viewing a course and attempting to use 'add to calendar', we receive an error: "Not able to fetch the event details. Click on Add to calendar to try again". Any thoughts on what might cause this error? There is no error code or additional details.35Views0likes0CommentsCan't complete "Intro to Prompts" in Copilot Academy – item marked as inactive or deleted
Hi everyone, I'm going through the Microsoft Copilot Academy inside Viva Learning, and I'm stuck on Intro to Prompts. It shows up as In Progress, even though I've completed all visible modules within the learning path. When I open the learning path, I see a message on some items saying: "Couldn’t load as this item is inactive / deleted" This seems to be preventing me from completing the full path. I've included a screenshot to show what it looks like. Has anyone run into this? Is there a way to force completion or mark the learning path as done if the missing items are no longer available? I was directed here from the Answers Forum: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/cant-complete-intro-to-prompts-in-copilot-academy/780e41d4-501e-4f8b-92b9-6dfaabe8b563?messageId=04223935-24c6-4b56-99ae-9146fb94cf51 Thanks in advance!102Views0likes1CommentViva Learning Home Screen Provider Not Recognized

Hi, is there a way to change the Viva Connections icon across all platforms? We have updated it in Teams, but are having trouble updating it elsewhere (like through office.com). We would like the new icon to appear consistently across all Viva Connections experiences. Is there any method to achieve this? Thanks in advance!92Views0likes1CommentViva Amplify not allowing approvals
Hi there We are pilot testing Viva Amplify in our tenant and we are finding an issue when trying to send a campaign publication for approval. We are getting an error anytime we try to send something for approval from newly created campaigns. Campaigns that were created a month or so ago are not having this issue. Has anyone run into this and is there a simple setting to update? Thanks for the help. Error:Viva connections for mobile "Home page" button
So in Viva Connections for mobile you have this small button at the top of the dashboard tab. This button opens an internal browser inside viva connections to the organization's home page. Can this button be customizable? can we remove it completely? I'm asking because this "internal browser" opened is Google's Chrome, which is blocked by our CA policy, that allows only edge browsers for company's resources. And when our employees click this button they get an error.136Views0likes2CommentsBulk deletion of Glint users
Is there a way to bulk delete users from Viva Glint? When people leave our organisation they are inactivated in Glint but their data remains. I found this https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/glint/setup/delete-user-data which describes how to delete an individual user, but is there way to automatically bulk delete inactivated users? Ideally we would want to action this this once the users have been inactive for a set period of time. This functionality would make it significantly easier to ensure we are GDPR compliant.
