I have data in a SharePoint online list that I would like end-users to choose from. I would like to pull that data into a Microsoft Form, as "choice" options to select. If this is doable, how do I set something like this up?Solved21KViews0likes5CommentsCombine Multiple MS Forms into one SharePoint List via Flow
Hello, I am trying to create a workflow for new hire requests. The HR Admin will enter a request via a MS Form and those responses will create a list item in SharePoint and also send an email to the hiring manager. The hiring manager will be prompted to enter additional information via a Mgr MS Form. The HM responses will then update the previous list item created by the HR Admin. All responses will then be sent to a distribution list for further action. I have created both forms, the Sharepoint list and have created multiple flows, however, the Manager Form responses are not updating to previously created HR items. It is creating a new item instead. The flow is below. Any suggestions? I am new to Flow and have been You Tubing and Googling to learn!Solved18KViews0likes10CommentsDifferent ways to store MS Forms responses

I'm fairly confident this is not an option. But wanted some community input on the matter. When creating a Microsoft Form I would like to use an already existing SharePoint List as a dropdown box as potential answers to a question. I can see a lot of potential uses internally for something like this. My current workaround is to ask people to provide the unique title for the SharePoint list item, which works. But it would be nice to allow people not to have to look that up and be able to load a list of options from a specific SharePoint list. The best example I can give is a Manager Filling out a form as it pertains to one of their employees. Right now I ask the manager in a text box to provide me with the employee ID. It would make more sense if I could use a dropdown list with all the employees they managed already listed.Solved13KViews1like1CommentHi Admin, when you submit this form, the owner will be able to see your name and email address.
Hello. Within Sharepoint (filling in a FORM) we got always on top this message for every user "Hi Admin, when you submit this form, the owner will be able to see your name and email address." So for every user ADMIN and not the name of the user logged in filling in the form. So where can I configure that ADMIN should be the logged in user ? Hello dear community, I have the following problem: I have created a feedback form with MS Forms. This should automatically insert its results into an Excel table available online. So far so good. But so that my colleagues also have access to this table, I have moved the form to a specially created Teams group (also so that the Excel table takes over all changes live online). Since then, however, no one has received an email notification when the form has been completed (the corresponding box is ticked in the form). Can anyone help me? Briefly about the initial situation: The feedback form should be completed by our guests and a group of employees should be notified by e-mail when a form has been completed. It is equally important to collect the results in a self-synchronising Excel spreadsheet, which our team must have access to. Both for viewing and for making changes. This is because responsibilities need to be assigned and comments made manually. As I said, the core problem is the non-existent e-mail notification as soon as I link the form to an online Excel spreadsheet. Is there a workflow for my problem or am I perhaps making a mistake? I look forward to your answers and thank you in advance. PS: Happy New Year!9.7KViews0likes5CommentsAuto filling Microsoft Form from Excel
Hi all I am hoping to use Microsoft forms as an inspection sheet platform. What I want to do is to use power automate to prefill a Microsoft form with information from an Excel spreadsheet. The sheet will contain a register of businesses we inspect. Power automate will take information from that sheet (business name/address/contact person) and prefill the form with that information. The idea is that an officer in the field on a mobile device can open the register in SharePoint and create an inspection sheet with the business's details prefilled. Is this a possible use case?9KViews0likes3CommentsWill there be a SPSS export directly from MS Forms?
Hello there, does anybody know, if there will be the possibility in the future, to export the data from MS Forms to IBM's SPSS? We know, that we can transform the excel data, but that would be pretty elaborate. Our internal Marketing team wants to switch from their current tool to MS Forms and it would be nice, if there's a interface between MS Forms and IBM SPSS. Hope anybody knows more. Dear All, My colleague, Julia, had warned me that, she couldn't start from the first question on our Forms. As you would see from the attached, whenever she opens the SharePoint site, she faces with Question number 35!! Whenever I open it, I see it normally, my Forms starts with the first question as you would also see attached. We deleted cookies, browser history. We tried different browsers. Also we have asked another colleague to check, he has the same problem, he sees the Question Number 35. As this tool is the frond end of a customer solution, any kind of advise or support would be highly appreciated. Looking forward to hearing from anyone of you!
