Different ways to store MS Forms responses
Please list all of the different ways I can store MS Forms responses.
for example, is it possible to store MS Forms responses to a network drive, SharePoint, excel, etc.?
Bonus: It would be much helpful if you can also link supporting articles.
cmtechguy as well as the spreadsheet that is behind the forms responses you can save to probably several hundred repositories via flows in Microsoft Power Automate, so it's not really practical to list them all, but some are as follows:
- SharePoint - we always save responses to SharePoint via a flow (see basic example below)
- Excel
- Planner
- Dynamics
- Power BI
- SQL database - premium
- A file in the file system
- Google sheets
- JIRA - premium
- Salesforce
- Trello
- Mailchimp - premium
- CDS database
Oracle database - premium - Word
and many many others.
