Teams Premium - Under "Meetings", the point "Customization Policies" does not exist
Hi there! I activated the Teams Premium license on Monday. In the Teams Admin Center all Premium features are displayed and can be configured, except one: Customization Policies See https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/custom-meeting-backgrounds Why is the "Customization Policies" not shown in the navigation pane under "Meetings"? Tnx, AM
"Read Only" Error for Existing Premium Board showing as converting to Prem
We have a 2 Planner Premium boards that continue to give an error message within the TEAMs channel as "This plan is being converted to premium. You can view it now, and come back later to edit it." It is saved as a shortcut at the top of the channel, this way message within the card can be posted. A few problems with the ERROR: The Board was converted to Premium months ago. It has remained in this status for days now, when we originally converted it took 5 mins. When searching, Planner now shows multiple versions of this board. Trying to determine if this is a glitch in the matrix or potentially a user issue. Since we can not validate the history on an entire board, thought is may be an output due to the many changes taking place in Prem. We resolved by removing from Teams and then adding a duplicate version and it seems to work, for now.
premium ediscovery custodian data sources
to confirm, adding a custodian in Purview premium ediscovery - this does not add any "Team" SPO sites (SPO sites not connected to Teams). If a customer wanted to know every SPO site a custodian has access to - would this be possible to write a script? Or, is the best approach for a discovery admin to just do a broad search of ALL SPO sites and see what gets returned from this broad search?
Planner 1 Premium Features NOT Converting
We started the free trial for the premium Planner 1 tier a couple weeks ago, and we have not been able access any of the premium features. I understand there have been a lot of changes with this app recently and many bugs to work out. But a bug like this would make sense if it took a higher priority. We are very eager to use Planner for our project management, and we really need a solution like Planner premium has promised to provide. I have provided a picture of what we can view on our screens when we try to convert the basic plan to premium. The button shows up, but once selected nothing happens. Before we went ahead a bought the Planner 1 with the free month trial, this was all we could see when we clicked a premium feature: And this was both within the desktop and web versions. Thank you for your prompt assistance.Teams Town Hall Q&A with Large in person audiences
Is anyone else struggling to offer q&a for large broadcasts with lots of rooms dialling with in-person large audiences? Currently, for anyone in large groups watching a Town Hall together in a large room, people need to join the Town Hall themselves on their phone. This can cause disturbances as their speaker may be on, and then it does take quite a few screen swipes to get to the q&a section. This is also true for any presenters on a stage who need to view a question/moderate. Our current solution is to use slido as it provides a nice qr code that takes people straight to the section they can ask a question, with no risk of disturbance, as well as a good login method for on stage moderation for an MC. Other times we just use a separate teams chat and an ipad. I would love to be able to use the native Q&A function, especially because it locks peoples teams identity to the question. I.e no anonymous. It would be amazing if their was a separate link/qr code people could scan/follow to view just the Q&A function, or chat function. Without showing the town hall output.
