Planner 1 Premium Features NOT Converting

We started the free trial for the premium Planner 1 tier a couple weeks ago, and we have not been able access any of the premium features. I understand there have been a lot of changes with this app recently and many bugs to work out. But a bug like this would make sense if it took a higher priority. We are very eager to use Planner for our project management, and we really need a solution like Planner premium has promised to provide.

I have provided a picture of what we can view on our screens when we try to convert the basic plan to premium. The button shows up, but once selected nothing happens.

Before we went ahead a bought the Planner 1 with the free month trial, this was all we could see when we clicked a premium feature:

And this was both within the desktop and web versions.
