Hi There, I started using Power Automate when it was Flow under my mailto:mail@outlook.com account. This is now called Microsoft 365 Family. I have had workflows running for over a year but now I can't edit or create any. Is there anyway to troubleshoot or contact someone for support? Thanks!New Premium planner plans not showing up in PowerAutomate
Hello all, I'm currently experimenting with the trial version of the new premium planner. When I want to create a flow in PowerAutomate and use the "Create task (preview)" operation, or any other planner operation, my premium plans are not showing up in the list, only the basic plans. Are new premium plans not yet integrated with PowerAutomate, or is there another issue?2.4KViews5likes3CommentsDocumentation on the use of PowerAutomate for Workflows in MS Projects
Hello everyone, I heard that Microsoft is going to stop the support for SharePoint Designer Workflows in MS Projects and is recommending to use PowerAutomate Workflows instead. To find out more about it, I am looking for official Microsoft documentation on the following topics: -Description on how to migrate existing SP Designer Workflows into PowerAutomate Workflows -Description on how to connect new PowerAutomate Workflows into the MS Projects environment -Limitations that come with this change So far I did not find anything that gives concrete information on the topic. Any help is appreciated. Kind Regards yeager7032308Views0likes4CommentsRetention Labels - PowerAutomate integration doesn't support solution flows?
Hi there, As explained in the documentation https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/purview/retention-label-flow, you can now call a PowerAutomate flow when a retention label reaches the end of its retention period, which is great. However, based on my tests, this functionnality does NOT support flows that are part of a solution. It only works for flows created in "My Flows". Am I the only one thinking no serious enterprise would handle a process as big as tenant-wide retention using a "personal" flow created by a random user in "My Flows"? I would rather use a "corporate" flow that is packaged, service-principal-owned and deployed through staging environments using ALM best practices but somehow someone decided that solution flows weren't supported, which makes the functionality useless 😞 Anybody found a workaround to make it work with a solution flow? Hi all, I want to build a power automate flow to update a field in the SharePoint list when an appointment in Microsoft Bookings is cancelled. I couldn't find the trigger 'https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/microsoftbookings/#when-an-appointment-is-cancelled' in power automate flow, does anyone know how can I use this trigger in the flow?Need to append Excel data from daily email attachment into a single Excel sheet in Sharepoint
Each morning, I receive an email with an Excel attachment that includes our sales data for the previous day. There is only 1 tab. The email always has the same number of columns, with headers, but there are a dynamic number of rows. I manually open the Excel attachment, and copy all of the data - excluding the header row - and then paste those results into an Excel sheet in Sharepoint. This provides me a running total for historical reporting. How can I go about automating this process so when the email is received, the data within the attachment is automatically appended to the central sheet in Sharepoint? Thanks for your time!4.5KViews0likes2CommentsFlow runs successfully but does not create item in SharePoint List
Hi all! I have a flow running that is triggered by the completion of a MS Forms questionnaire, creates an item for each filled out form in a SharePoint List, and subsequently emails me to notify me of new entries. This has been running smoothly for several months now. As of today, it seems, it no longer manages to create an item in the SP List. However, the flow runs are successful, I receive my notification emails and everything else the flow is supposed to do works fine. I cannot find a fault in the flow or its run history. By all accounts in Power Automate everything is working as usual, but my SharePoint List is missing the newest entries. Any ideas where the error might be?
