One of my favorite features of "New Outlook" on Windows is the ability to add Categories to the favorites list. Am I missing something on the Mac version (16.80) or is it not possible? I didn't see anything on the Microsoft 365 roadmap page for it.3KViews2likes4CommentsOffice 365 for ARM64
I am currently experiencing serious problems with Office 365 on an HP Elitebook ultra G1q notebook, Snapdragon® X Elite X1E-78-100 processor, Windows 11 Pro operating system. Outlook does not refresh, it takes a long time to send or receive emails, Microsoft Teams slows down and the screen freezes at times. I have AI completely disabled, but I am told that I need to get a version of Office 365 for ARM64. The thing is, it is supposed to install automatically when it detects that it is a Snapdragon processor, but when we check the installed version, it does not mention anywhere that it is for ARM64. This is happening with almost all notebooks of the same model in the company. We have other HP notebooks with Intel processors and this does not happen; everything is perfect there. Does anyone know how I can force the installation of Office 365 for ARM64? Thank you. Hi Microsoft 365 Insiders! In the spirit of Global Accessibility Awareness Day, let’s highlight the importance of creating PDFs that everyone can access and enjoy. Our latest blog post by Peter Wu provides a comprehensive guide on how to create accessible PDFs using Microsoft 365 apps. Blog link: Create accessible PDFs with Microsoft 365 Here’s why this matters: • Over 1 billion people worldwide live with disabilities. Making your content accessible empowers them to fully participate in the digital world. • Microsoft 365 apps have built-in tools that help you make content accessible as you go, including the Accessibility Checker that runs while you work. • When saving or exporting your document as a PDF, use the ‘Save or Export as PDF’ command to preserve accessibility features. Remember, ‘Print as PDF’ won’t keep your PDFs accessible. Let’s embrace these practices and ensure that our digital content is inclusive for all. A few of us in the IT Department are trying to preview the new Outlook. When we click the slider the new Outlook launches, sits at the Setting up account for a few minutes, then errors out with "Cannot connect to server". We can get back to the old Outlook by running outlook.exe /safe, but the new Outlook will not connect for anyone even when off our network and no VPN is running. I cannot find any articles that show changes in requirements from the old application to the new one. Anybody seen this issue?Solved19KViews1like12CommentsUnable to edit Outlook Meeting's body text (I'm not the organizer).
After the M365 apps monthly updates in our organization. The Organizer can edit the it. But, if the meeting room invite sent to the "Reception" team(Who has the Editor access to room mailbox) to edit the meeting/Accept. Can now only edit the title and not the body text. My beta channel Office suite updated to Version 2502 Build 18516.20000 this morning, and now Outlook crashes any time I select an email or open a calendar object. Not even opening the email, just selecting it crashes. Even when opening up in Safe Mode. I've also performed Quick Repair and Full Online Repair with no change in behaviour. In Word, just opening a document crashes out as well.
