How do I chat with Microsoft Support

You can chat directly with Microsoft Support through the official “Get Help” portal or the Microsoft Support site. The chat option is available for both personal and business accounts, and it connects you to a live agent after you describe your issue.

1. Official Microsoft Support Chat

Go to the Microsoft Support Contact Page.

Select your product (e.g., Microsoft 365, Windows, Outlook, OneDrive).

Click “Get Help” > enter your issue > choose Chat with a support agent.

2. Get Help App (Windows 10/11)

Open the Get Help app (built into Windows).

Type your problem → automated suggestions appear.

If unresolved, select Contact Support > choose Chat.

3. Microsoft 365 Admin Center (Business Users)

Sign in at admin.microsoft.com.

Navigate to Help & Support.

Submit a support request > option to chat with a Microsoft agent.
