I have 3 main email accounts which I've got logged into my Outlook (desktop app) so i can see the 3 calendars all in one place, which is great. One MS365, and two google. However, Microsoft bookings will only see the one calendar associated with the MS365 account, and not the other 2. So I get double booked. Is there a way for Outlook, or my MS365 to sync all my calendars together onto the one MS365 account? I don't want to be adding my MS365 email address to every calendar invite I send from the other email accounts because my calendar will get really messy with double entries. Moreover, I am only incontrol of invites I send. Invites i receive will need manually forwarding to the MS365 account. So if there a way for Outlook or my MS365 to sync across all my acounts, so Bookings can see everything? I have posted a similar question in the Bookings thread asking if I can add multiple accounts to Bookings.Solved910Views0likes5CommentsScheduling Assistant no longer functional?
I note that I see Microsoft have announced an inncident, however, i'm not completely sure these are related: https://admin.cloud.microsoft/?#/servicehealth/:/alerts/EX1092751 A few weeks ago we had no issues making use of the scheduling assistant feature when inviting users, however, this seems now to have broken. Oddly enough if I was to add one of these users calendars to my own I can still browse them without issue, it's only durig the scheduling function that it is left completely grayed out. On investigation, it appears tied to users setting their working hours, by default this appears turned off for users, but if I was to set this, it does seem to work, albeit after some time waiting. Could this be due to an issue from MS, an unexpected change from MS (Places?) or something else? But it seems it's no longer pull the data from the same location, and as such, we're a bit confused as to why.325Views0likes3CommentsUnable to receive or send emails throughout the day

Hello, I would really like to use the MS To Do app in outlook, but I can't seem to find it. I have the app on my desktop. I have it online on outlook.com. (I have a PC, Windows 11) When I look on the navigation bar on the left it is not there. When I click on the square for more apps the only app that shows up is OneNote and Powerpoint. I have repaired MS 365, outlook and the ToDo app. Nothing has worked. Any suggestions would be really helpful. Georgina100Views1like0CommentsIs it possible to assign staff to a task automatically, or assign a secondary email?
Hello, I have admin rights on our staff bookings page. We have an internal mail system integrated with M365 Outlook and each staff member has a work address assigned to our company domain. The problem arises from Booking's apparent inflexibility: I cannot seem to add contextually separate availabilities for the same staff member. For example, I want to be available on premises 3 days a week for the hours 9:30am to 14:30. I will additionally be available for online appointments 2 days a week 13:30 to 17:00. Let's say I have 2 tasks, A and B. A is in-person and B is online. When I assign staff to task A with hours for 9:30 to 14:30, then assign them to task B, adding 13:30 to 17:00, it universally assigns them those hours for task A as well, even though it is a separate task and they will not be available in-office then. I could not figure out a way around this, so ended up adding a separate staff member, which then requires a second email. We cannot get additional emails provisioned, so they have to use a gmail account. Our internal mail server is unreliable when sending to gmail and sometimes filters our outgoing appointment emails as spam such that it doesn't reach gmail at all. I have personally tested this. I thought that maybe I could just assign our primary email to an "additional email" field on the secondary staff clone, such that our internal email would still be pinged, but it doesn't seem to be an option. Then I wondered if it would be possible to automatically assign the staff's primary account (to get the notifications) when their secondary clone was booked for online appointments. Ultimately I am just looking for a solution to this problem, no matter how it's accomplished, but would also like to see Bookings just allow that baseline functionality to begin with. It feels unnecessarily restrictive. Thanks42Views0likes0CommentsHelp - Migrating Emails from Outlook Web to Outlook Desktop | Two Different Domains
I have two business email addresses I would like to consolidate into one. The "old" email address is only accessible via Outlook on the Web. The "new" email address is only accessible via Outlook on my desktop. Is there a way I can export all of my emails and subfolders from my old email address (outlook on the web) and export them into my new email address (outlook on my desktop)? From what I can see, there isn't a File>Import/Export option on the Outlook web interface. I have already set up mail forwarding for future emails. Really would like to fully migrate to the new email address inbox without having to hop back to the old email address inbox to reference something. Thanks in advance! Ryan40Views0likes2Comments
