Where can the automatic email be hiding?
I added an automatic email for one of my "Bookings" appointments last week and want to edit it as I need to add another link. When I went to that booking appointment, I no longer see it from the "Advanced" options, it's gone. Now I'm unsure if the original is still there and will get sent out or if it needs to be added again. Where are those being stored? If it's not showing up, does that mean it got deleted somehow, and if so, why? Please help!

Hallo, ich brauche dringend mal 1:1 Hilfe. Leider wird auch meine Beträge nur einmal geantwortet und dann stehe ich wieder da. Bei uns gibt es zwei Arten von Diensten. A: Kunde bucht Termin über Link B: Mitarbeiter bucht im Namen des Kunden einen Dienst Problematik: Dienst A werden nur auf der Buchungsseite, nicht im Outlook Kalender angezeigt Bei den Teilnehmern werden immer nur zwei Teilnehmer angezeigt (Firma + Mitarbeiter), Der "Kunde" wird NIE angezeigt, sodass man dementsprechend auch nicht nachvollziehen kann, ob der Termin angenommen wurde. Bitte um Hilfe.
Schedules on the booking page do not load
We have a page for scheduling appointments, and this page is not loading the available times nor is it loading the status of the attendant team. For example, when trying to select someone from the team, the status is only "loading" and the person's schedule is not available. I've already checked the settings on the service page, and they're ok. There are no errors, the timetables simply do not load.

I see where this question has been asked several times, but I don't see a resolution yet. I use a 365 Calendar for work (called "Calendar"), which I share with others in my organization. I also have a personal calendar created in the same 365 account (called "Personal"), which I don't share with others. When someone uses Bookings to select a time to meet with me, how do I ensure busy times in both calendars are unavailable?Calendar display in MS Bookings
Hi, Im trying to set a service up in Bookings. I can choose the dates when it is possible to make a reservation but the problem is that those dates are in february. Is there a way to only display available dates instead of the hole calendar and having to navigate to february? I have far too many request saying there is no availability because it displays the current month and they don't get that they need to navigate. Unser Unternehmen müsste vereinbarte Termine trotz Verfügbarkeit manuell bestätigen können, da wir durchaus an einem dringenden Schadenfall arbeiten, der sich nicht durch einen Blocktermin im eigenen Kalender demonstrieren ließ. Mein Vorschlag: Eine automatische Mail über den Eingang der Terminbuchung und eine manuell, aber dennoch vorgefertigte Mail (bsp. wie die Erinnerungs- oder Nachverfolgungsmail) wäre eine tolle Option, Buchungen für unser Unternehmen noch exklusiver zu gestalten.Option to Approve/Reject bookings instead of Auto-Book
Hi Microsoft Team, I am a frequent user of Microsoft Bookings and appreciate its functionality. However, I would like to suggest an enhancement that would greatly improve the user experience. Currently, bookings are automatically added to my calendar once they are made. It would be extremely beneficial to have an option to approve or reject bookings before they are confirmed and added to the calendar. This feature would allow for better control over my schedule and ensure that all appointments are suitable and convenient. Thank you for considering this suggestion. I believe it would be a valuable addition to the Microsoft Bookings app. If there is already a way to do this, please let me know. I contacted my organisation who said there is no way to disable the auto-booking feature when users book appointments using my Bookings link. Many Thanks, Nadia
