Hello, I'm organizing a webinar on Teams, so I'd like to set the waiting room and host & attendees to the meeting I set. But I can't access Meeting Options. I was always told "Something went wrong. Reload the page or, if this keeps happening, try again later". I've tried the methods suggested in these two discussions: - Can't Access Meeting Options - "Meeting Options" not working for "Teams Free" account but none of the them worked for me. I've also tried to log into my Teams with an incognito browser, didn't work either. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance, PCSolved27KViews0likes9CommentsEmbed 'registration form' of a Teams Webinar in an iFrame: slow loading.
Hi, I'm trying to embed a Teams Webinar Registration-form on our company-website. It's a 'for everyone' registration form, so no MS-account needed to register. I'm trying this through a simple iFrame, with as the source url the registration-link as provided in the Teams-meeting (webinar-type). But it is loading very slow (takes ages/keeps hanging?) and sometimes it looks as if it is trying to open a pop-up which is getting blocked by default by most browsers. Any suggestion or alternative methods to embed these kind of registration-forms from MSTeams?9.7KViews0likes6CommentsAllowing anonymous presenters in Teams Live Events

A Teams Live producer needs to speak at the same time they play music in Windows Media Player. Checking "share system audio" just plays the music and effectively mutes the microphone. However, if the user shares audio from a browser, they can be heard speaking at the same time. Any tips for successfully sharing Windows Media Player audio and microphone audio at the same time in Teams Live?3.1KViews0likes0CommentsVideos stop-starting in Teams
I need to present a session that has embedded YouTube videos in the PowerPoint deck. When I share the deck, I cannot play the video. It plays for a fraction of a second and then stops. If I click play again, the same thing happens. The same applies when I try and share any video (online or local) on a Teams call. Even if I'm not sharing my screen but I'm on a teams call, I cannot play videos.Solved2.8KViews2likes3CommentsUnable to Add Presenters to a live Event
Hello, I'm not able to add presenters to a live event. I add presenters' email addresses while creating a live event, and the invitation email is then well received by the presenters. However when they click to join live event, they join as an attendee only, and their videos aren't shared. I have tried to add them as a Team member, thinking that could be the reason. However I am not able to add anyone as a team member either. I'm on Office 365 E3 license. Can anyone help with this please? Many thanks in advance1.9KViews0likes3CommentsTeams live event "Program" NDI output
Am I the only one who is missing a "Live event Program feed" NDI output from Teams when producing live events? Sometimes we need to produce RTMP live events to a specific service instead of Teams Live events. But with all remote participants on Teams. In this scenario I would enable NDI output on my producer Teams client and then capture it with OBS or similar tool for RTMP streaming. The "Active Speaker" NDI output from Teams actually shows the Program feed branded with a Teams logo in the corner when first joining the event. But the problem is that as soon as another presenter unmutes and starts speaking, then the NDI output switches to his video feed (without Teams branding) even though i didn't send him "live". It makes sense that this happens as it's the "Active Speaker" output It would be really nice in live events to also have a "Program feed" NDI output from the Teams client. Or alternatively that the Active Speaker output in live events always showed the Program output instead.1.8KViews0likes1CommentLive Event presenter in a different tenant
Hi we have come across an issues with presenters. I will try and explain our situation... We have our organisation tenant lets call it TEN01. We want someone from TEN02 to be a presenter, so have added their email as a guest to TEN01. They already have a Teams license in TEN02 but we have assigned one to the guest account in TEN01 anyway. A user at TEN01 creates a live event and adds the user from TEN02 as a presenter. User at TEN01 starts the event. User at TEN02 joins the event on the TEN02 InTune enrolled device via the Teams app and only sees the attendee feed. If the user from TEN02 joins the event from a non enrolled device via the Teams app they have the presenter view. Is there some issue with which the device is enrolled which somehow prevents this? I know this is a wide question as their could be config policies which could affect this. I will disable the config policies on TEN02 to see if anything changes... but has anyone any ideas?Solved1.6KViews0likes1CommentMicrosoft Teams + Live Event + Automation
Hi all, been reading up on Microsoft Teams and Live Event. Part I: I'm looking for an automation that I can create an online registration form, once filled up, and email of the live event with be sent to the attendees. Part II: At the point of the event, attendees will log in and when the start time of the event is up, a pre-recording of a video will be played to them. Part III: Organizer to use mobile app to join in the event to answer if there are any questions. I know Part I is possible but what about Part II & III? Anyone know how can I do these with Office 365? Or is there any free way of walk-around besides those paid services? (I've looked into Restream & Onestream but those are for social medias like Youtube and there's a monthly fee) I would prefer to stick within Office 365, if possible.1.5KViews2likes0Comments
