Windows 11may cause "Insufficient Capacity" failure after removing a physical disk
Note: I can not replicate it, welcome any guidance to replicate it Settings/System/Storage/Storage Spaces, on Windows 11 (Home OR Pro), the wizard maybe fail if you do things in certain order, and the reason is, its volume requirement is complex and unknown.I am looking for help (Windows 11 PC)
I’ve been trying to switch boot drives for almost a week. My Windows 11 PC is currently stuck only booting into bios. I reset cmos. Adjusting all settings before and after. Nothing is working. When inserting the windows installer usb that worked just a couple days ago, still nothing. Would it help if I wiped the new nvme I’ve been trying to set up (at multiple points seemed like I had successfully set up). I’m genuinely at a complete loss here. Please help me. If I do a secure erase of windows and everything on the drive will that potentially allow me to reinstall windows or will it make my problem worseAnyone knows what causes the Microsoft .NET Framework exception?
It appears pretty frequently and usually when my PC is idle for a few minutes. I've tried reinstalling the net frameworks and couple other things like scanning for integrity issues, but nothing seems to help. Using Windows 11 (had the same issue on Windows 10 so I thought updating would fix it.) I don't know if its a separate issue but I'm also facing a separate issue regarding blue screens due to kernel power failure. It could happen up to multiple times a week. Just wondering if the below event viewer numbers are of concern. Windows Activation problem
Hello, Since 2012, I've had a Windows "Retail" activation key that I transfer from one PC to another without any problems. When I bought my current PC with Windows 11, I had no issues activating it with this key. Due to a problem, I had to reinstall Windows 11. Father has Windows 11 in S mode. When installing Security Intelligence update for Microsoft Defender gets "error encountered", which then changes to "completed". Update history states "successfully installed" on related entry. How can something be successfully installed if an error occurred during the install - that does not make sense. I'm about to upgrade my asus AX-5400 to the latest version (Aug.2025.) I need to perform a hard reset on the unit (lost the login pwrd. & username.) My question: will my current functional network connection continue to function after the update? Usually whenever I start up my Windows 11 PC, I click on opera gx on my task bar and it usually opens a window containing my current tabs and a few minutes later a new window would come up, but recently the ability for a new window to launch atumatically doesn't happen any more, is there a way to get the function back? I just like the convenience of a new window being there for me to use.
