Hello, I am a paying Microsoft 365 Family subscriber and recently created a Microsoft Form to coordinate a student outing. Unfortunately, the form was flagged as phishing because it included fields like “Name” and “Email.” The form is now completely blocked, and the “Collect Responses” button is disabled. I contacted Microsoft Support (Case #7084487321). The agents explained that: Personal/Family accounts cannot access the Admin Center → Health → Message Center, where flagged forms can normally be reviewed. Only a global or security administrator in an organizational (work/school) tenant can unblock flagged forms. As a Family subscriber, there is no escalation path to have a non-malicious form reviewed or released. This effectively means that Microsoft Forms is unusable for its basic purpose (collecting names/emails) under a Family subscription. I was transferred to Billing, who suggested I either cancel my subscription or “leave feedback.” My questions to the Forms/Product Team: Can you confirm whether this limitation is by design for personal/Family accounts? If so, why is this not made clear in Microsoft 365 Family product documentation or marketing materials? What recourse do paying Family subscribers have if Forms is blocked and there is no administrator to request review? I feel misled as a paying subscriber because a core feature is effectively disabled. I would like official clarification from Microsoft Forms engineering/product management, and guidance on whether Family subscribers should expect that Forms is not intended for collecting names/emails. Thank you for your time.25Views0likes0CommentsMS Form - Add to home screen links not working
Hi, We have a form created that is opened to all to fill out (No auth required) . When creating a link to it, wether a direct link or QR code, it loads up fine on IOS devices (safari). The issue is when wanting to save that form (or any form for that matter) as a home screen shortcut on the IOS device, the link that IOS is trying to save, isn't specific to that form, but rather to the very general forms.office.com website. When creating the shortcut, we can't modify the link, and makes the home screen shortcut useless. We tried the same thing on Android, and we encounter the exact same issue.11KViews7likes35CommentsIssue: Mouse clicking can select wrong answers
Hi, I just completed an exam on Microsoft Forms and noticed that it was very easy to accidentally click the wrong answer, and one of my answers was marked wrong as a result. How does it happen? The current implementation allows users to click the whole line rather than just the radio button or checkboxes. Since I sometime click inadvertently on the screen, it will change my answer to the wrong one even if I didn't intend to click an answer. If you only allow clicking on the radio button or checkbox instead of the full line, this wouldn't happen. Thanks!92Views0likes1CommentChoice question options cut-off requiring scrolling to view all options in MS Forms
The 5 options for choice questions I have in surveys are being cut short - see screengrab showing a survey in edit mode which is similar to how it renders in preview and live. This prevents the respondents from being able to see all choices available without scrolling. This feels like a change from a few months back when surveys were created and went live - we would have noticed this through the testing we did.Solved4.7KViews1like10CommentsResponse of an Auto-submitted Timed Microsoft Forms not available
I have initiated a MS Forms for the employees of our organization to take an assessment. This was a timed form and at the end of the timer, the form was supposed to auto-submit. What happened was one of the users could not complete it on time and hence the form auto submitted. But I cannot find their response in the responses, as well the form is not allowing the user to re-take the test. This needs an urgent attention.1.4KViews0likes2CommentsCannot click 'send button' to send Poll in conversation on Teams using Forms app

Hi, I'm currently trying upload a file using the File Upload tool in Microsoft Forms. Every time it gets stuck while uploading. It will stay on this screen indefinitely. I have tried this over multiple user accounts and tenants and I can't find any reference to this problem online. It will create a folder in OneDrive or SharePoint for the file uploads but it will never get past the pending upload screen. Has anyone ever experienced this before? Thanks5.4KViews0likes7CommentsDo not see percent in result view -
Hi, Since the answer option in the form is long, I am not able to see the precent % result in result view. The solution is that I must calculate it myself, that is an OK job, but unnecessary when the feature is available to us in the solution. Any fixes that can be done to this UI bug? Looing forward to your answer, and fast fixes (fingerscrossed)937Views0likes0Comments
