The details of the error message: We are unable to validate your 'Create new GDAP relationship' request at this time. Be advised anonymous connections are not allowed for this service. I tried to create a request on different times of the day and even my colleague doesn't managed to finalize the request because she also receives the same message. Fix Now button does nothing, or at least not as pictured in your own guide article. Account Verification side-screen is NOT showing up after clicking on the Fix Now button, as depicted the image in your own article. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/enroll/verification-responses Fix Now button just restarts the process of verification, which fails constantly, without specifying what is wrong. This is an issue that needs to be resolved by Microsoft, there are multiple such reports.999Views4likes13CommentsHelp with "Fix now" link within Account Management page
Hi, I have applied to join the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner program and my application was rejected because, I failed the Microsoft standards review. Unfortunately, the email I got from MS Vetting Ops support did not provide any details about what exactly I failed on. I have been trying to appeal by following the recommended process. However, I am unable to edit any details within the Partner portal. I am a global admin for my organisation within both the company's Azure subscription and M365 tenant. What exactly am I missing here? JTSolved621Views0likes4CommentsPartner verification - proof / badge / certificate
Hi, I have completed verification for Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program and I have the Partner Launch benefits. What is the correct way that I can prove to my customers that I am now an official microsoft partner ? I thought it was the logo builder - but was advised by microsoft that this is not the right place and to ask the question here. Thanks in advance.Stuck setting up our legal business profile for almost 2 months
We are trying to submit our Microsoft Word Add-on app for approval. When trying to set up our partner center Legal business profile, we've run into repeated business errors. The biggest issue is our Developer info. We've submitted our domain registration, ownership, GoDaddy domain portfolio, and even our articles of incorporation, but cannot get anyone to help us move past the employment verification stage. We've checked multiple times that the information we submitted matches our domain registration. At this point, we're out of ideas and could really use some help from someone at Microsoft. We've tried submitting support tickets (4 total) and all we got were copy+paste requests asking for the information we already submitted. This has been going on for over a month. Also, our Partner page is stuck on identity verification and has been pending for days.Useless automated messages and an unsolved problem
I am writing to express my frustration with the ongoing difficulties I am having verifying my Microsoft Store account. Unfortunately, my account verification remains unresolved despite my repeated efforts and submissions of the requested documents. Over the past two weeks, I have provided all requested documents. While verification requires specific documentation, I have provided sufficient evidence to demonstrate my identity and alignment with the information in my account. Unfortunately, the automated responses I have received have not addressed the details of my submissions or clarified any specific issues preventing my verification. This lack of actionable feedback has resulted in significant delays, preventing me from publishing my application—a frustrating and detrimental situation to my business operations. To expedite the resolution of this matter, I request a direct conversation with a representative who can provide clear, actionable guidance tailored to my case. Human interaction will be far more effective than the automated email exchanges I have encountered. Please let me know a convenient time for such a call or direct me to the appropriate contact. I am eager to resolve this matter quickly and will make myself available to make sure that I am doing well. Thank you for your understanding and attention to this matter. I appreciate your prompt response.Issue in registration process
Hi, I am trying to register my organization for a partnership (Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program). Goal is to become a "Solution Partner for Data & AI". During the process I get the following error: {"code":2100,"description":"A legal entity matching the request payload already exists when creating the legal entity.","data":[],"source":"PartnerAccountEnrollmentApi"} From my current understanding there is no existing partnership registration for my company. Can you please advice on this? Best, CarstenSolvedUnable to pass Employment Verifcation step in Partner Center
Hello everyone, I am stuck at the Employment Verification step while trying to enroll in the Microsoft Partner Center. I have already submitted the required documents, including the domain invoice and the assignment letter, but Microsoft responded with: "Based on the information you have provided to date, we have determined that your organization does not currently meet the requirements to pass verification." This leaves me very confused, as the reply does not explain what exactly is missing or what additional documents are required. I have carefully checked the documentation, but there is no clear guidance. As a company focusing on IT security, this is extremely frustrating. We recently shifted from Linux to Windows development, and without a Microsoft Partner account we are unable to proceed with building kernel-level antivirus solutions for our users. This has a devastating impact on our business. Could anyone please share their experience or advise on what specific documents or requirements Microsoft usually expects in order to pass Employment Verification? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!301Views2likes12Comments
