Teams email notifications of missed chats coming from wrong email address?
For the past several days, when some users have missed a chat message in teams and they are setup to receive an email notification, the sending email address of the notification is incorrect. It has always been that these notification emails appear to be sent from the person who sent the original chat message, but now, they are being sent from our global administrator account email. Obviously creating lots of confusion and has broken these users' ability to reply via email. Has something changed, or is this a bug?
Bookings - include cancel button in notification emails
Is there a way to put an option to either automatically include the cancel button or omit it in the notification emails? Instead of adding it as an additional information because I also don't know where I can get a dynamic cancellation link that can be used to cancel any of the appointments booked. This is a pretty basic feature just like the reschedule button. The problem if there is no cancellation button in the notifications is that there is no way for the client to cancel the appointment unless he/she saved the cancellation link found in the booking confirmation page after he/she had booked the appointment via the page. Only the admin has the ability to cancel the appointment manually via the bookings calendar.Not getting email notifications for Bookings with me
Our institution has both Bookings and personal Bookings With Me. Previously, when someone scheduled using Bookings with me, the staff would receive an email notification confirming this. Currently, some staff do receive the email notification and some do not. (The person scheduling the appointment always receives a notification and a calendar invite.) The staff not receiving the emails has not set up any special rules, does not have the address blocked, and the emails are not going to the spam or clutter folders. Does anyone know how to fix this?

How do I turn off email notification? I have Teams Pre with the New Teams turned on, which probably labels me as a glutton for punishment. Every single Teams message I get even if I have read and replied to it, generates an email notification saying that this person is trying to get ahold of me. I don't see any way to turn it off.

Hello, I have created a flow where an MS Form will trigger an approval which will trigger an email. The problem is that I want the approval to be generic. I do not have a specific email but anyone designated dynamically in the MS form should be able to approve the request. I tried using service accounts and other combinations. But it won't work other than using my account. Also , the email server only accepts emails from accounts with our domains. So Email Notification V3 feature is also not working. I need urgent help. Please let me know how to achieve this.
Control MS Edge Notification Volume
Hello Is there a way to control the notification volume of Microsoft Edge? It looks like it has been bundled into System. I keep system sounds very low, but would like to be able to hear when new mail arrives when logged into outlook.com. At the moment it is a faint notification. Edge does not appear in the Volume Mixer list. What am I missing? Thanks.

Hello team, I really hope someone can help with regards to my issue. Whenever colleagues or anyone sends me an email, usual with the desktop pop up notification, it would show the persons picture and activity status but now the image looks like a pixelated no image and it does not show the persons status it kind of looks corrupted in black and white, please can somebody help. Hi, I have tried to find out how this work, when and why do Teams-users get email notifications? Explained to me as I am 5 years old 🙂 How I think its working: If I choose every hour in mye personal settings: I receive an email if Activity "flag" is unread for more than hour. What is the definition of "been away from Teams". Is it ehen I have Teams running, and not paid attention. Or is it I have closed the Teams app,, had my computer turned off? Hi, I know how to set up for email notifications when a file is uploaded or edited, but when you move a file to another folder (where you have set up for email notifications) in the same Team you are not getting an email for this moved file. Is it possible to do that in Teams?
