Outlook 365, Profile pictures/statuses not showing when receiving emails.

Hello team,

I really hope someone can help with regards to my issue. Whenever colleagues or anyone sends me an email, usual with the desktop pop up notification, it would show the persons picture and activity status but now the image looks like a pixelated no image and it does not show the persons status it kind of looks corrupted in black and white, please can somebody help.
