Include "Company Name" in "Customer Information" area of "New Booking"
I'm looking into using MS Bookings for our appointments. We're an Occupational Medicine clinic focusing on providing services to businesses and industries. Whenever someone books an appointment for a physical, drug screen, etc. with us, we need to know not only their info but also the company they work for so we know who to bill. Bookings has everything we need for this, except when staff books an appointment with the "New Bookings" button when they enter the customer info it doesn't have the Company field. This field does exist in the "Customers" area of Bookings, but not in the New Booking area. Currently, the only way to get all the info we need is for the staffer taking the appointment to first add the client's employee to the "New Customer" area, then go back and book. This could be simplified by adding the Company Name field to the New Booking area. Is this possible? Also, is it possible to import a list of customers into the Bookings database, and is there a way to directly access this database? It looks like Bookings should be easy to customize and has lots of potential, but I'm dismayed that under "Settings" the only option is to choose a color or theme... Booking in multiple languages
Hello, I am a newby to Bookings and managed to configure several services to allow our customers to schedule meetings. I wonder if it is possible to have a public Bookings page for my calendar in more than one language. We are a German company and the standard language of that page is German. If I want to arrange a meeting with a customer, who doesn't understand German, I should be able to give him an English page with my calendar. Is that possible? Or is it possible to customize the texts (German and English side by side). Would be also nice, because I don't offer "Services" - I just want to schedule appointments conveniently. Updates Change Settings
I'm beyond frustrated...every time there is an update, I lose all my customized settings. I have customized my quick access tool bar, even my theme changes. I frequently lose folders and documents I have pinned. These settings save me time and increase my efficiency. Me spending an hour recreating my settings is stealing time from my employer, and I'm not happy about it. Not what I wanted to see when I log in first thing on a Monday morning.
