Exchange 2019 Outlook web app custom link

Hello,

I got exchange 2019. How can I add custom menu link in OWA. I tried to do it from here \forms\Customization\UIExtensions.xml but it doesn't work.

I would like to add a custom link above Sign out button or just somewhere here
