Taskbar glitching

I don't know what's going on, it started glitching like this 2 days ago / 4th March 2023 and it just happened while I was on discord, at first I thought it was my Graphic Card or Monitor but it wasn't.It come out when on the Welcome Screen and suddenly disappears randomly. Now it comes every day and I don't know what triggers it. Any ideas how to fix this?? Thank You
