Alias inbox on Outlook mobile for Android does not show in all inbox tab
I have an alias email address under my Outlook email account. Any email sent to the alias email address will not show up in the all mail tab in my Outlook on my Android phone. I have several email addresses all synced on my Outlook app and all show in the all mail tab without issue except for that alias address. The only way I can check to see if I have mail is if I remember to click on the tab for that particular address, then click on the inbox for that alias address. From the attached screenshots, you can see that the all inbox only shows 4 new mail, when I actually have 7. Unlike my desktop Outlook, I am able to just add the alias inbox to my favorites folder up top and it's right there for me to check with all my inboxes. I love the ability to have my Outlook with me on the go. Is there anyway to fix this without having to use a 3rd party app? Thank youRe: Edge Beta crashing as of Jan 20, 2023 after update i guess
Eric_Lawrence I haven't been able to print in my browser for almost 2 weeks. I'm using Version 111.0.1661.22 (Official build) beta (64-bit). I can't print in this version nor the prior version. I can however print in Edge standard Version 110.0.1587.57 (Official build) (64-bit). I've posted in the Microsoft Edge Insider forum and in the Microsoft Q&A forum; however, I have yet to receive a response in either forum. Using: Version 111.0.1661.15 (Official build) beta (64-bit) I've tried CTRL + P, using the print menu, nothing works. I can't print to a printer or pdf. The preview just spins. However, I can print from Edge Version 110.0.1587.50 (Official build) (64-bit). Anyone else having this issue or have a fix?All Microsoft 365 Apps Freezing Upon Opening

StevenC365 Thanks for the information. I also learned that I could have used my Gmail account; however, it still opened up in the web browser and not the desktop app which didn't give me all the cool features like the virtual backgrounds. Since I was doing a business meeting, I would have liked to have been able to utilize that feature and not have everyone see into my bedroom. I've since had to improvise with a backdrop (extremely inconvenient) or just request not to use Teams but opt for WebEx or Zoom.Teams Directory Issue
I used to have a Teams account through that I used at work that was tied to my personal email address. I had started a free Azure account to learn Azure directory but never did anything with it. About two years ago, that email got compromised when Google leaked all my username and passwords to the web. A Microsoft rep helped me get a new email address/password and move my Microsoft 365 subscription and One Drive content over to the new account. Fast forward to today. I'm trying to set up a new free Teams account. When I log in with my current outlook email, it has somehow tied my current email to the outlook email from two years ago. It has the old email as the Domain account and my current email as the user. I can't access the old email at all. I've called into Microsoft several times. No one knows how to help me. I get transferred around yet my issue remains. When a company sends me a link for an interview, the link will not open in my desktop. It only opens in the web application. So, I don't have access to any of the features I used to have. This is extremely frustrating and has been going on for almost a year.Ignite Badges and Trophies
I earned multiple badges and several trophies during the Ignite Challenge that ended Monday. I am unable to access them to share them LinkedIn or download them. All I can do is look at the list under achievements. I attempted to link my Acclaim account; however, I didn't have any success. Can someone assist me with this please? Thank you.
