Two Profiles in Office 365 Network [Preview]
I hope this is the correct place to ask about this, but my co-worker noticed that for some reason I have two profiles on this network. I logged in on internet explorer and when I logged in using the same credentials on google chrome it created a second account. I am not sure if this is by design, I am also not sure how I can get rid of the second account as it isn't needed. Please help1.2KViews0likes2CommentsRe: Syncing SharePoint Libraries Repair Question
Craig, That is very similar to my scenario, it really is a pain and the only way I was able to fix any of that was to clear the OneDrive Cache and the MS upload Cache. But doing that caused all of my libraries to stop syncing, and my user was syncing 20+ libraries and all under the 5k and 20k total limit.1.8KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Syncing SharePoint Libraries Repair Question
Yes that also has been my experience, having to flush the cache and credentials and re-install. Which this causes all of the libraries to stop syncing in my experience. This is a pain as some of my users have 10s and 20s of libraries from different sites/projects that they are actively using and syncing. My hope is that this all goes away when the NGSC gets the document library functionality. P.S Sorry for the double post, for some reason I am still experiencing a "Double Account Syndrome"1.8KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Syncing SharePoint Libraries Repair Question
Not really a support question (yet), I was asking in regards to how the sync client is supposed to behave, I was just giving some context to what was happening when I saw this behaviour. Previously when I ran a repair it unsynced all of my libraries. If that is the behaviour that I am supposed to see then there is no problem. If that isn't the behaviour then a support ticket is definitely in need :) Yes it is SPO1.9KViews0likes1CommentRe: SharePoint Document Library not unsyncing. Ideas around issue?
I have not tried this specific library on other PCs yet, previously I had a similar issue and when I ran the repair it stopped syncing all of my libraries. Including the ones that were working fine. I was just curious as to if anyone knew if this behaviour had changed recently. I know with the NGSC being out that there probably hasn't been many updates for the old sync client.1.3KViews0likes0CommentsSharePoint Document Library not unsyncing. Ideas around issue?
We have a SharePoint Library that will not stop syncing. We have paused and stopped syncing other librarires succesfully but this one library does not want to go away. I follow the same steps to remove it but it stays where it is at. I assume it could be a cache issue, but my question is if I repair the library won't all of my other libraries need to be rescynced as well? Are there any other thoughts on the potential problem? No error messages are received either.1.4KViews0likes3CommentsSyncing SharePoint Libraries Repair Question

I am looking to get some clarity on what exactly are the file restrictions involved with OneDrive for Business and the NGSC. I have a user saying that he is unable to upload certain file extensions and that once he reaches the 20k files it stops him from syncing more. It was my understanding that OneDrive for Business did not have these limitations, I have an E3 license and I have not seen any of these limitations. Could it be a license issue he is having? Just looking for some clarification before I dive deeper into the potential issue.Solved2.1KViews0likes3CommentsRe: O365 Groups - Read Only Files are opening up in Edit mode
So if the group is a private group and you give a non-member a "Read-only" link to a document then they won't be able to edit the document? But since it is public, no matter what type of link you give them they can edit?5.9KViews2likes2Comments
