Re: Teams keeps trying to log me in to an account I don't have access to - can't uninstall
Helloakettler, You may also need to remove your previous account under Settings > Accounts > Access work or school. Click on the account and select "Disconnect." You may also want to check "Email & accounts" and remove any previous account there. Cheers! r_8a6.1KViews1like0CommentsRe: Removing members from a private Teams channel
If you're still unable to remove the user using the desktop/web clients and after clearing your Teams cache (app/browser), then you'll need to reach out to your Teams Admins to manually remove them using the Teams Admin Center.6.6KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Change owner of meeting when user has left
RMD2021 Just ran into an issue like this today. Unfortunately the only option now is to have the new person recreate the meetings so they become the owner/organizer for the meeting. There are some limitations to the co-organizer role. They will not be able to: Alter the meeting itself like deleting or changing it. Remove or change the meeting organizer role Manage the recording Access the meeting attendance report The link to this info can be found in the Microsoft Teams Community Blog45KViews1like0CommentsUnable to unblock a user. "We can't unblock this person at the moment. Try again later."
I'm wondering if anyone in the Teams community has run into this issue. I've got a user who erroneously blocked a contact in Teams and is now unable to unblock the user via Settings > Privacy > Managed blocked people. This happens in both the Teams desktop and web-clients. They can click on theUnblock button next to the person's name, however they get the error "We can't unblock this person at the moment. Try again later." Does anyone know why the user can't unblock the contact they accidentally blocked in the first place?Re: MS Teams client only works with inside Org contacts, crashes on outside contact meetings
Hello Todd. I recommend doing the following. If a person outside your organization sends you a Teams meeting invite, copy the meeting invite link and paste it in your browser. If your browser asks you to open the Teams app, click on Cancel, and then click on join on the web instead. Note: Make sure you use a browser that isn't signed in to your O365 account. (i.e. if you use Chrome for your org O365, then use Edge for external Teams meetings). You should be prompted to enter your name with (Guest) appended at the end, and you should be able to join a meeting. Someone in the other org's meeting should then see you in the meeting. Hope that helps.1.5KViews0likes0CommentsWhich network is at fault? Local or the Client?
I've got a situation where User-A is joining a Teams Meeting hosted by Company-B. They join via the browser as an external guest since they're in different tenants, and User A states that their Teams meeting keeps getting dropped. Would this indicate an issue with the local network for User-A, or is this an issue with the connection on Company-B Teams? I've searched and haven't found any posts that cover this. Note: User-A hasn't tried dialing into the meeting to see if they also experience the same issue.873Views0likes1Comment
