Re: Azure-Sendgrid Email Activity History
I know this is an older post, but the topic is still relevant, particularly if you're just getting to webhooks now. SendGrid provides poor documentation and curated search results are nested deep to find any chatter about the topic. I still cannot get my SendGrid Event Webhook to push to Azure - even after we purchased a standalone Twilio SendGrid account (we also have the Azure-born SendGrid accounts that we plan to retire). I can get a successful push from my SendGrid Event Webhook to the authorized "testing sites" but not Azure. I am thinking there may be a security barrier but I am just getting into it so I am not clear on the blockers. I hope you figured this out.2.1KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Microsoft Authenticator Still Prompts Users for MFA after Switching to new MFA option on IPhones
Yes, this is also the case with a small population of our users, and it's caused quite a bit of chatter. I have also tried the suggested remedies mentioned here with some limited success. If a user is a guest in other tenants, that may also complicate matters or have several MACOS devices they toggle between. I will review these suggestions again as this issue came up with a complaint again today after a period of calm.7.8KViews0likes0CommentsWidespread Word for the Mac issues as of 8-17-2020
I am in MN and a colleague in my org is in AZ. We both are running OSX 10.15.6, and as of this morning, we both cannot use Word. My best guess is something has broken with the last OS or Office update this past week. The other consideration is that our tenant/subscription may have an outage for certain 365 services that may be impacting some behavior, or preventing a needed patch. Anyone else experiencing this today? Teams, Outlook, Excel are working - other than the annoying Teams meeting crash issue that has lasted for several months for some users!1.8KViews0likes6CommentsTeams Meetings Crashing - MAC

To date, I have tried many angles, including activating RMS (IRM) in O365 + SharePoint, and also enabling Access in Control in O365 + Azure. If I use either IRM or Access Control, it locks the files from download wonderfully...BUT it also blocks edit, which defeats the purpose altogether. I need some way of at least hiding the menus as a workaround. Any thoughts out there? Another consideration is how I might apply digital file management to the templates in order to render them useless upon download. Trying to be creative in my approach, but I am not sure how to tackle it just yet.984Views0likes0CommentsSPO Override ECB (Edit Control Block)
Scenario: Single Document Library (not for entire site) Allow: Edit XLSX file in Browser Block: Download from all/any menu Status: Tried many approaches (IRM too restrictive, blocking both edit & download) Thoughts: hiding ECB (I would prefer to hide all menus from non-Admin users) Roadblocks: out of ideas1KViews0likes1CommentRe: Questions about Content Types
Phil_COB A nice approach is to create a Custom Content Type in the main site settings. Then create your Document Library > Library Settings > Add from existing site content types to find what you created. You will also want to > Change new button order and default content type. Once you understand how it works, you may also delete the default content type, leaving just your Custom Content Type. And in terms of adding values to your drop down, you would change your column type to "Choice" and add desired items, and if you like choose the content default value, as well as decide if you need the column to be required. Does that help?1.3KViews0likes1CommentWord Form Data Obscured in SPO Browser Mode
My illustration will show you where I am stuck, but in essence the matter lies in form data rendering in the SPO Browser Mode vs. Edit in Word. We block Edit in Word as the users need to collaborate, but are barred from download. Users are required to Edit in Browser. I have tried various workarounds, including attempts at modifying Word Options and adjusting SPO settings - all fruitless. What is going here and is there any resolution? I am even game for finding a script to automate an "open, save, and close" process in the background. Having an admin manually open each word doc is not feasible. Who has seen this before, and what can be done? Thank you!808Views0likes1Comment
