Delete file upload question form an internal form
Hi all, I have a form which is for our organisation. I have a question to allow file upload. This works. However there is a second question for file upload. How can I delete this? When I click into it there are no options to delete or edit it. Very annoying. Who would have disabled the flows? It actually is affecting all document libraries in the site. Even this morning another document library had the option but now when I refresh the option has gone. With no files selected the Integrate menu options is there. This seems to have started a couple of days ago. In one particular document library we have a flow which is run by selecting the file and clicking on Automate and then the relevant flow. This has worked happily for many weeks. Yesterday I received an email from a user saying that the option is now missing. I could see it but then when I went back it had gone for me as well. I cleared the cache but it is still missing. we are using OOTB All documents view. the Automate option is available on other lists/libraries. I have a SPO list with around 2000 items. There are around 50 columns. The issue we are facing is that certain columns can be filtered but even though there is a record nothing is displayed using the filter. Some columns do work. I took all totals off and tried but it is still the same. The columns that do work and do not work are all single line text columns. The list permissions are okay and everyone can read all records. Update on above. The form is part of an Office 365 group. When I did a new form which is personal I added the upload file question. This allowed me to change the number of files which is what I need. This form is internal use for our organisation. I have a file upload question however it only allows one file to be uploaded. I cannot find any settings to change this. Is this possible? I notice that we have two file upload questions so a user has uploaded one file in question 1 and another file in question 2. We have a workflow which gets the file from question 1 and sends it via email. However the file in question 2 is missed as this is saved to a different folder. Is it possible to change this setting. Deanodelpleash Thanks for the response. It is just to narrow down the results which are displayed. For example the user wants to search for CRM how to. This is in a PPF site which is connected to our intranet. Also the user will have documents with CRM in their onedrive. So the search result will show all documents from their OneDrive which has nothing to do with the intranet. So basically we want only results from the intranet and any sites associated with the hub intranet site.2.9KViews1like0Comments
