I'm sure this has been asked a million times before, but I searched and have yet to find the answer I need. My company uses SharePoint in Microsoft 365 and many of my coworkers, including myself, are unable to move or copy files anywhere. The option to move/copy doesn't really appear anywhere, so if I want to move something, I need to download it, then delete it, and upload it in the destination page. I included two images highlighting what it looks like when I try to move anything:

I would ask you Administrator if they have configured Azure Conditional Access to prevent this:
