The top bar in SharePoint can be changed by user.

In the organisation profile page, i have changed the look and put our organisation bar with a logo of the organisation. However when users change the look, it removes the logo and changes the top bar color.

Also, the external users dont find the logo and the theme; rather they see the blue default bar.

How do i make the top bar with the brand and logo consistent for all

@null null I will recommend using the Top most bar for adding your organisational branding. As recommended by MS. Something similar to this:

The link describe the steps for the same.

 https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/admin/setup/customize-your-organization-theme?view=o365-w...

Then also consider adding the custom theme to your organisation profile so that people can use them rather than using their own. And above all users need to be educated and trained as well on these topics as well.

To add custom theme you can refer: https://deepdivesharepoint.wordpress.com/2019/08/07/how-to-add-custom-branding-in-sp-online-sites/

@null null You should have the option to prevent users from overriding the custom theme.
