how to generate a report for the unused documents in sharepoint 2013

Dear all ,

i have a document sets has 600 document set in our SharePoint site collection so i need to create a report for unused documents for the last 6 months inside this document set so can anyone suggest to me how i could do that in SharePoint 2013 ?
