Files & Attachments having .EFA extension

Hi MTC team,

I got a user with wired problem some files and attachment saved on OneDrive and attachment on Outlook emails having .EFA extension doesn't open.

Confirmed with the user have not used any third party encryption or compression tools. Does anyone else came across this same issues and is there any fix or workaround fix for this issues.
