Notification as members join meeting

How and where can I turn on a setting to announce members as they join a meeting.  I don't want to have to admit them (to much work).  They can join as needed, but a little dor bell or knock, ding ding noise should be given to all members that are already there.  

I have many apps open and often the meeting is hidden.  If I am first, someone arrives and the meeting screen is not on my front screen, it startles me and I literally screen a bit 🙂

I also find each meeting needs to have its own volume set, but I can understand it could be to other participants.
