Getting Teams SharePoint locations to appear in Office apps' Save As list
I am trying to figure out how to have Teams Sharepoint locations appears as save options in office apps' Save As "Sites" list. Currently, when I open Word doc (for example) and go to Save As -> Sites, all I see are standalone SPO sites that I have access to. However, I have another staff member who is able to see all of his standalone SPO sites AND the Teams sites he belongs to. I have another staff member who sees all the standalone SPO site but only one Teams site. My question is, what factors are at play to have Teams' [sharepoint] sites appear as options in Office apps' Save As -> Sites list? I am aware of the Sync and copy sharepoint link workarounds, but neither of those makes the Teams sites appear in the list.
The best it does is this:
Instead of something like this:
- Try go to SharePoint and mark as favorite on those sites
I'm assuming by "favorite" you mean Follow. I did that, but it doesn't work.
