Email integration option missing in Teams

In the Teams Admin Center, under Org-wide settings/Team settings we appear to be missing the Email integration option. License - O365 E3. Tenant - GCC

Not sure but it could that Emailing to a channel is not available in Teams GCC, there is an uservoice requesting it here:
