Allowing attendees to go back into a previous meeting and speak to other attendees without presenter

Bronze Contributor

Hi All.

Within an education environment, with the remote learning with students. Attendees tend to be students and presenters are teachers. When a remote class session has ended. Students (attendees) seem to be able to go back into that meeting and speak to other students from that meeting. How can we stop this?

Thanks in advance!-

Hi @AB21805

Have a uservoice I opened for this here

https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/40276684-end-meeting-means-end...

Even though they introduced the end meeting button which ends the meeting currently, you can still get back in and still chat after. This uservoice asks for the ability to not be able to re-enter the meeting, or add to the associated chat - literally when it ends it ends with no more actions

Would vote to push it up the agenda

Hope that answers your question
