Can you embed a Forms survey into an Outlook email?

Hi,

For convenience and design considerations, I would like to incorporate a Forms survey with 7 questions into an Outlook email.

Is this a possibility?

At a later date, I would like to improve the output and distribute it around my organisation. I am seeking for improved ways to disseminate user-friendly surveys. Right now, the only option I see is the poll tool, which only allows for one question or stars. Or a hyperlink, which people are less likely to use.

Hi @Oliver9519,

unfortunately, Outlook does not currently support embedding Forms surveys directly into email messages.

you can try this "workaround" to achieve somthing close to your desired outcome:

Include a link to the survey

1. Create your Forms survey and copy the link to the survey.
2. Compose your Outlook email as usual.
3. Insert a call to action to encourage recipients to take the survey. For example, you could say "Please take a few minutes to complete our survey by clicking on the following link: [survey link]"
4. Send your email as usual.
