Using Power Automate with 365 for Remediation

Looking to create flow to perform the following:

 

Help Desk receives possible phishing email from end user.

Help Desk confirms the email is potentially malicious.

Help Desk initiates the following Power Automate Flow:

 

  1. Phishing email is DELETED
  2. Phishing email SENDER is BLOCKED
  3. End users who receive the phishing email are NOTIFIED

Not sure if it is possible with the current design of Power Automate - I would like to make this a manual process where a technician only has start the flow to perform the actions above.

 

I am currently in 90 day trial with 365 Defender.
