MS Lists and Outlook

Copper Contributor

Hello there,

I've been looking around for automation possibilities within the MSO-365 Apps. I'm wondering if it exists somehow the chance to automate the action of: automatically sending an E-Mail to someone when filling with data a blank field of a designated column of information on a SharePoint List.

For example, the list is already automated with a MS-Forms and when a response is submited a new row of information is added to the SharePoint-List, as if a ticket was created. One column of the list is named "Action taken" and it's filled with information when te ticket was resolved. When filled, it automatically sends an E-Mail with the text contained on the field of info.

Anyone knows if this is this somehow possible?

Thanks in advance!
